Back to the roots
Team Sky went with its classic black jersey look for the 2019 season. The new kit incorporates a dark blue over the shoulders, which is to promote Sky Ocean Rescue. So, it is not all black as most of the previous jerseys. However, it is still a big step towards the classics in comparison with last year’s all-white kit.

“The kit is a nice celebration of our tenth year in the peloton – I can see lots of our old designs in the new look for 2019,” Tour de France champion Geraint Thomas said.
“Castelli share our attitude and outlook in their approach to research and development and we have been continually impressed by their pioneering work from the moment our relationship started. They have played a major role in our success over the past two seasons and are a big part of Team Sky,” Sir Dave Brailsford said in a statement.

The British
How well you know someone, British edition
1. A handshake – new acquaintance
2. A kiss on the cheek – met once before (which side is another matter!)
3. A hug – best mateA situation where one goes for one gesture and one goes for something different.
