• Every Image you submit is your original work or you currently hold all rights to the Image.
• The Image does not contain elements that are unlawful or that we may not lawfully use or publish.
• The Image does not depict any people that would be identifiable.
• The Image does not contain personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to, email address, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information.
• The Image to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe or violate any trademark, copyright or privacy rights of any third party.
You agree that We Love Cycling magazine will use your image in association with the World’s Worst Cycling Lane campaign.
The decision to delete certain images is a right we reserve.
