The Mediterranean diet has been topping the healthy diet charts for decades now. There is a lot of research supporting the claims about its benefits. The problem is that for a lot of people, Mediterranean means seafood and fresh salads with olive oil. It seems too hard to do on a daily basis and they don’t know where to start.
