The route starts in historical town Kazimierz Dolny, surrounded by amazing loess gullies. The most beautiful of them – Wąwóz Korzeniowy (Root gully) is just about 2 km from the town center. Further, the route goes to Puławy and on this part of trip I suggest to take a mountainbike. There are narrow forest paths which go up and down, in some places mud or plenty of leaves. The marking of trails is poor and I wasn’t riding all time on the trail. From Puławy to Dęblin the trail is better – it goes through a nice forest and nature reserve “Piskory”. I finished the trip at a railway station in a village Mika, where from Dęblin you can get by silent paved road.

Trasa zaczyna się w historycznym miasteczku Kazimierz Dolny, otoczonym przez niesamowite lessowe wąwozy. Najpiękniejszy z nich – Wąwóz Korzeniowy leży tylko ok. 2 km od centrum miasta. Dalej, trasa prowadzi do Puław i na tym odcinku sugeruję jechać na górskim rowerze. Prowadzi w górę i w dół po wąskich leśnych ścieżkach, w niektórych miejscach można napotkać błoto albo mnóstwo liści. Oznaczenie szlaków jest słabe i nie jechałam cały czas szlakiem. Od Puław do Dęblina szlak jest lepszy – prowadzi przez ładny las i rezerwat przyrody Piskory. Skończyłam moją wycieczkę na stacji kolejowej we wsi Mika, gdzie z Dęblina można dotrzeć spokojną asfaltową drogą.
