Primož Roglič Wins La Vuelta

The Jumbo-Visma pro is the first Slovenian to win a Grand Tour. Roglič, a former ski jumper, held on to a 2:33 lead yesterday in the final mountain stage and sealed his triumph. Alejandro Valverde finished second in the GC and Tadej Pogačar placed third.

Nairo Quintana finished the race in the Škoda Green Jersey while Geoffrey Bouchard earned the polka-dot. Tadej Pogačar adds to his podium with winning the white jersey for the best young rider.
