These rules regulate the terms of the “#whatsyourtour Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) and are the only document which completely and obligatorily regulates the rules of this contest.
- Contest host and organiser
The host of the Contest is Škoda Auto a.s., a joint-stock company with its registered office at tř. Václava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, Company ID number 00177041, registered in the Commercial Register administered by by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file number 332 (hereinafter referred to as the “Host”).
The organiser of the Contest, which provides practical steps in its organisation, is MUSTARD s.r.o., registered office Praha 1 – Nové Město, Masarykovo nábř. 246, 110 00, Czech Republic, ID No. 28531418, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, Entry 148383.

- Contest duration and platform
The Contest will take place from 00:01 (CET) 26.6. 2024 to 23:59 (CET) 06.07. 2024. The Contest will be conducted on the We Love Cycling Instagram, Facebook and Youtube accounts, referred to hereinafter as the “Contest Platforms,” where communication with participants is primarily conducted.
- Contest participants
The Contest may be entered by any individual who has reached at least the age of 18, and who resides in one of the countries where the Contest is being held. The Contest is being held in the following countries: ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREAT BRITAIN, GREECE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MONTENEGRO, THE NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND.
All persons who have participated in the preparation of this Contest, mainly persons employed by or in a similar relationship with the Host or the Organiser, are ineligible to participate in the Contest, as are any persons in a similar relationship with the participating authorised Škoda partner or with agencies entrusted with ensuring this Contest, their family members and persons close to them.
- Contest mechanism, evaluation of winners
Participants will enter the Contest by including a specific hashtag in the captions of newly published or existing posts on Instagram. It is crucial that participants are the owners of the content; the posts must originate from their accounts. Please note that Instagram Stories will not be eligible for this Contest. After the Contest period concludes, members of the We Love Cycling team will select the best submissions based on the quality of the content. The criteria for judging will include creativity, relevance to the Contest theme, and overall visual appeal. We will notify the selected winners via Instagram Direct Message (DM), Facebook message or via email address (if provided on YouTube) to inform them about their win and the next steps for claiming their prizes. If a winner does not respond or provide contact information within 48 hours after the message is sent, their prize will expire without any compensation.

The Host, as a personal data controller according to General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), hereby provides you with information about the processing of personal data and your rights related to the processing.
The processing takes place within the framework of the following activity:
– Organisation of competitions and assurance of fair voting in a voting competition
Legal basis of the processing: We are entitled to process your personal data on the basis of the conclusion of a contract (these Contest Rules).
Categories of the personal data we process: Identification data, Contact information, Information on mutual communication and interaction.
Processing period: We process your personal data one year after termination of the Competition.

Source of personal data: We receive the personal data directly from you.
Transfer of personal data to third countries or multinational companies: As part of this processing, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or multinational companies.
Automated decision-making based on personal data: During this personal data processing, automated decision-making based on the personal data does not occur.
Other information: Personal data may be archived in the public interest and used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes. In well-founded cases, personal data can also be the subject of processing for the purposes of legal matters resolution, including the performance of obligations towards public administration bodies and monitoring and ongoing evaluation of legal risks.
As part of the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: Access to the processed personal data, Correction of inaccurate or incorrect data or completion of incomplete data, Deletion of personal data in the event of termination of purpose or unauthorised processing, Restriction or blocking of personal data processing, Listing of personal data in a structured and machine-readable format for yourself or for another administrator, Not to be subject to automated decision-making.

- Acquisition and Use of Recordings
Upon becoming a winner, participants grant the Host consent to obtain and use their portraits, written statements, photos, and audio and visual recordings related to the participant and/or expressions of a personal nature for commercial purposes in all communication media, without limitations on material, time, quantity, or territory. This consent is granted to the Host free of charge and is revocable at any time. It also applies to third parties to whom the Host may provide such recordings.
- Other important conditions
The Host shall exclusively determine the exact specifications of the winnings. The displaying of winnings in promotional materials is illustrative. The Host shall not be liable for any damages caused to the participant as a result of using the prize.
The participants are not entitled to demand money or other types of fulfilment as a substitution for the prize. The Host is not otherwise hereby bound to provide fulfilment to the Contest participants, and the participants shall not be entitled to any fulfilment from the Host other than that expressly specified herein.
The Host is not responsible for direct or indirect damages in connection with participation in the competition. The contestant accepts no responsibility of the Host for any risks and liabilities associated with the prize. The results of the Contest are final, without the possibility of appeal by the Contestant or the Winner against the course and result of the Contest.
A participant may be excluded from the Contest if the Host discovers or has reasonable suspicion that the participant or other persons aiding the participant have engaged in fraud in order to receive prizes or engaged in unfair conduct or conduct not based on the participant’s knowledge in accordance with the rules.
The Host shall not be liable for any failure to deliver messages or winnings. The Host shall not be liable for any mistake occurring as a result of technical or communication problems. The Host shall decide with final validity regarding any complaints or presented objections. The Host reserves the right without being required to provide compensation to shorten, postpone, suspend or cancel the event and the prizes or to change or add anything to these rules unilaterally during the event’s existence by notifying of such changes on the website specified above, where the valid and complete wording of the rules can also be found.
This Contest is not operated, sponsored by, or associated with Meta or Google. Meta and Google are not responsible for the Contest. Queries, comments, or complaints about the application must be directed to the Host, not Meta or Google.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
