Stage 9 results
Juan Pedro López (Trek-Segafredo) managed to hold onto the pink jersey despite being dropped on the summit finish to Blockhaus and crossing the line at 1:46 behind the leaders. João Almeida (UAE Team Emirates) who is second now sits twelve seconds behind the overall leader. Arnaud Démare (Groupama-FDJ) still leads the points competition, no surprises there. However, Diego Rosa (Eolo-Kometa) soared into the blue jersey thanks to the stunning performance in the breakaway during stage nine.
