Description of the purpose of processing:

Should you decide to take part in any competition that we organise as part of our activities, we will use your personal data, if you are a participant in the competition, ie, your data, and data of your child if you are a legal guardian of a participant in the competition, in order for us to be able to include you among participants, evaluate the competition and send or deliver a prize. These activities can be carried out by ourselves or via third persons – agencies. With the help of these data we will also be able to ensure that situations where one person votes multiple times is minimised.

We must carry out the processing as it is necessary for us to be able to meet our obligations from the competition announced. The provision of your personal data is a contractual requirement and if you fail to provide them, you may not be included in the competition as a result.

In such case, this transfer may take place either on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, i.e. to organizations participating in the Privacy Shield programme, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses, i.e. the model contract issued by the European Commission, without any change made in its text, as foreseen by current legal regulation on personal data protection.
