Preparing for L\u2019\u00c9tape Poland and The Unseen Stage was never going to be straightforward for Ewa Zwolska. Between running a mountain hut high in the mountains, fitting training around long workdays, and travelling to suitable roads for structured sessions, logistics often felt as challenging as the cycling itself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is where the \u0160koda Kodiaq quietly became an important part of the journey. According to Ewa, adapting to the car took almost no time at all. \u201cLife with this car was simply fabulous,\u201d she says. Living in a mountain environment, she immediately appreciated its ability to handle steep roads and changing conditions. \u201cI didn’t worry about the weather when driving up to the mountain hut where I live.\u201d<\/p>\n

For a cyclist, practicality often matters more than luxury, and the Kodiaq delivered where it counted. Transporting a bike was effortless. \u201cI easily fit my bike inside the \u0160koda,\u201d she explains, a feature that simplified training days considerably. The generous interior space proved useful beyond transport as well. \u201cI used the car’s space as a changing room for training,\u201d she says, turning the vehicle into a mobile base camp between rides.<\/p>\n

That versatility became especially valuable during the unpredictable spring weather in the mountains. While storage and accessibility were major advantages, comfort quickly became another favourite feature. Zwolska particularly highlights the heated seats and massage function, not only after a demanding training session. \u201cThe massage option for the driver and passenger \u2013 that’s great,\u201d she laughs. More importantly, the heated seats proved invaluable during cold mountain mornings and family trips alike. \u201cI drove my freezing mother from the station to my place, and the heated seats were a real plus.\u201d<\/p>\n
