You would get better results using a more precise approach when it comes to performance nutrition.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How do I start?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you think you could benefit from intuitive eating, here\u2019s a quick way to get started.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take stock of your own eating behaviours and attitudes to food.
