Another Monday is here and so is our news from the world of cycling. So, what did you miss?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The public supports bike lanes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A\u00a0study carried out by YouGov<\/a> on behalf of Cycling UK found out that 56 per cent of British people support the government schemes to create new bike lanes. Only 19 per cent opposed the creation, while 10 per cent strongly oppose them. The opposition is significantly smaller than what the responders thought it was. In their opinion, only 33 per cent thought the public was supportive of the schemes (56 per cent in reality) and 29 per cent thought that the Brits were opposed to them (19 per cent in reality).<\/p>\n
