So, what did you miss?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Peloton\u2019s ad deemed sexist<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The exercise bike company is in trouble after publishing a controversial advert. The video, which has been viewed seven million times in the last couple of weeks, shows a woman receiving an exercise bicycle from her partner. She proceeds to record a video diary and claims: \u201cA year ago, I didn\u2019t realize how much this would change me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The public pointed out the woman looked fit already. The implication that the partner seems to think the woman needs more exercise was also criticized. The comments on YouTube were turned off for the video. However, that didn\u2019t stop the backlash and the company lost staggering $1.5bn in value.
