Alejandro Valverde finished second in the GC and Tadej Poga\u010dar placed third.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nairo Quintana finished the race in the \u0160koda Green Jersey while Geoffrey Bouchard earned the polka-dot.
