So, what did you miss?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Frenchman strikes again<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The seventh win of the 2019 season and the first Monument of his career. Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck-Quick Step) is on the roll. Milan-san Remo is a very hard race to win for a non-specialist sprinter but the 26-year-old, however, made a bold move on the Poggio and took it home while beating the likes of Sagan, Trentin and Valverde. Whatever happens next, the Frenchman can already call this season as a hugely successful one.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve got my special style in different races. I like that. I\u2019ve won some good races but never won a Monument, it\u2019s a huge personal satisfaction.
