If only people knew how often this almost goes wrong and what the consequences are for train drivers, guards, first responders, aid workers and survivors if things do go wrong \u2013 it\u2019s hard to imagine people thinking that way,\u201d Geert Vlogman of ProRail said.<\/p>\n<p>Warnings don\u2019t get much more graphic than this.
