Especially in winter, when days are shorter and the weather isn\u2019t always suitable for riding a bike outside. Here is my weekly training plan for the first months of the upcoming year. You can adjust the time or type of activity according to your daily duties but this should be a minimum that will keep you more or less fit during the winter.
