Some of us want to be fit, stylish and healthy, all at the same time, so one of our favourite style discoveries has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meame.co.uk\/product\/alpha-tweed-blazer\/\" target=\"_blank\">MEAME, a London based brand designed<\/a> by Megan, a graduate from esteemed fashion school Central Saint Martins, and her husband Steven, an avid cyclist and designer.\u00a0 Their performance-based design is for both men and women, and it\u2019s the sort of place where you could happily spend a small fortune, but so far our favourites include their reflective tweed blazer for both men and women, which could be worn anywhere and won\u2019t mark you out as a cyclist once you reach your destination.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-143642\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/11\/MEAME_NIGHT_20150201_3810.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2592\" height=\"1728\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Whether you\u2019re going sporty or sleek, jackets are important. You want something light but insulating on the inside that will keep moisture off the skin.\u00a0 Vests are a good option as they warm your core while keeping your arms free.\u00a0 Of course, there are so many brilliant fabrics about now that keep your body temperature stable, that you really are spoilt for choice.\u00a0 A personal favourite is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.underarmour.co.uk\/en-gb\" target=\"_blank\">Under Armour<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On the legs, it\u2019s out with the shorts and in with the capris and full length tights. Breathable tights that have wind-resistant fronts are the best, and if you need extra padding, try wearing them over cycling shorts.
