Bernard Kerr\u2019s crazy run from Hardline<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/lite-youtube>\n

Red Bull Hardline is a crazy event that\u2019s definitely not for the faint-hearted. The long course tests all the possible skills with its steep and rocky technical sections, a motocross run in, or the 50ft gap jump. Bernard Kerr gave it his all and we congratulate him on the winning run you can watch in the video below. It\u2019s truly incredible!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wiggins responds to the corticosteroid scandal<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The recent leak of WADA data exposed a series of therapeutic use exemptions (TUE) that Chris Froome and Bradley Wiggins got over the course of past eight years. Although the use of all the substances was approved, Wiggins has been under pressure in the last couple of days.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs I said in my book (Racing Through The Dark), I took EPO and testosterone patches, and they obviously produce huge differences in your blood and you feel at your top level \u2026 Kenacort (triamcinolone), though, was the only one you took and three days later you looked different. You would do all the training but my weight would stick. But if I took Kenacort, 1.5-2kgs would drop off in like a week. And not only would the weight drop off I would feel stronger,\u201d said David Millar, who just cannot understand how a doctor could prescribe triamcinolone before a race.<\/p>\n

“It was prescribed for allergies and respiratory problems. I\u2019ve been a lifelong sufferer of asthma and I went to my team doctor at the time and we went in turn to a specialist to see if there\u2019s anything else we could do to cure these problems. And he in turn said: \u2018Yeah, there\u2019s something you can do but you\u2019re going to need authorisation from cycling\u2019s governing body,” said Wiggins in his defence.<\/p>\n
