Stolen Ride London is an initiative that helps cyclists find their stolen bikes. Richard Cantle started the service after his own bike had been stolen and he had tried to locate it on Twitter. We recently featured an article about the good work<\/a> the people behind @StolenRide do, and as it turns out, they are planning to do even more.<\/strong>
\n<\/p>\n

They organized a survey which is supposed to help analyse the data connected to bike theft. This should ultimately lead to recovering more bicycles and reducing the numbers of stolen bikes altogether.<\/p>\n

\u201cCycle theft is a huge problem and barrier to cycling growth in London. LCC is committed to creating a happier city for everyone and with two-thirds of victims giving up cycling after having a bike stolen, helping to tackle cycle theft is crucial. The data will help us craft campaigns to address specific areas,\u201d says Amy Summers, Campaigns Coordinator at London Cycling Campaign.<\/p>\n
