Well, simply because we\u2019ve only just got off the saddle. This beast of an eBike is one of the most incredible experiences we\u2019ve had all winter, and it became a much-wanted ride in the We Love Cycling offices.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Big Foot Pro is an All Wheel Drive FatBike from BH Bikes. With a rear 350W motor and a forward 250W motor, you are guaranteed torque for any situation or terrain you encounter. The fun is guaranteed with the Evo Snow because it allows different types of riding assistance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> AWD: Dual motors with sliding control. The system detects sliding between the motors (&gt;5% difference in the rotation) adapting the power of each motor giving total traction control to the bicycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ECO: Optimised motors (start with the rear motor and rolling with the forward one) obtaining less consumption.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There are four levels of assistance for different types of riding settings. Eco, Standard, Sport<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and Boost. Being honest, we never went lower than <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">B<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">oost.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Rory\u2019s Urban Experience<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Personally<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I own another of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/blog\/131872\/review-bh-easy-go-race-electric-single-speed\/\" target=\"_blank\">BH Bike electric range<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhbikes.com\/en\/bicycles\/ebikes\/evo-cross-ev705.html\" target=\"_blank\"> The EVO CROSS<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ve had it for 6 months now<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">use <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">it <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for my daily commute through the city (Prague has seven hills, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">so a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 350w motor is much appreciated living here). What I enjoy most about the Evo Cross is that it\u2019s also turned out to be a great trail and touring bike. I\u2019ve recently just completed my first 1,300 KM with it and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">am<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> very happy with everything about it. So I was very curious to see how the BIG FOOT would ride All Wheel Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-10-at-10.42.46-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-136868\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-10-at-10.42.46-2-600x357.png\" alt=\"During a week in February, Prague had heavy snowfall. I took the Big Foot out for a ride around Prague's cycle paths, in the deep snow. The performance of the Big Foot was remarkable. It simply devours fresh snow.\" width=\"600\" height=\"357\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During a week in February, Prague had heavy snowfall. I took the Big Foot out for a ride around Prague&#8217;s cycle paths, in the deep snow. The performance of the Big Foot was remarkable. It simply devours fresh snow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/DSCF3015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-136865\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/DSCF3015-600x399.jpg\" alt=\"The performance of the Big Foot was remarkable. It simply devours fresh snow.\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I zipped along the snow<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">covered cycle <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">paths<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> along the Vltava <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">river<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, like a dog sleigh team on heat. There <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">were<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> no other cyclists out on the path that day, only cross country skiers using the fresh snow to enjoy the paths. That was until a Big Foot tire rode through their ski tracks and suddenly their way ahead became a little \u2018wider\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/ezgif.com-video-to-gif.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-136874\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/ezgif.com-video-to-gif-600x338.gif\" alt=\"I zipped along the snow-covered cycle paths along the Vltava river, like a dog sleigh team on heat. That was until a Big Foot tire rode through their ski tracks and suddenly their way ahead became a little \u2018wider\u2019.\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another benefit of the Big Foot I experienced was an unexpected discovery. Prague as an ancient city has some pretty ancient roads. Cobbled roads run all through the old and new town districts of the city. For anyone on a road bike, this can be a bone shaking experience<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to say the least. However<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a benefit<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of the Big Foot<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s fat tires <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">is that<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> it loves cobbles. The Big Foot just eats the cobbles as it does the tarmac as it does just about any terrain you ride on.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dan\u2019s Mountain Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When the snow fell <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the mountains, we decided to take <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">out the<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Big Foot and have a little bit of fun there. We tried to ride straigh<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">t <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">up the ski slope in \u0160pindler\u016fv ml\u00fdn, but that was too much even for the Big Foot. It didn\u2019t matter it was in the lowest gear and we gave it full power, the wheels were still sinking into the deep snow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/bike.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-136867\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/bike-600x800.jpg\" alt=\"When the snow fell in the mountains, we decided to take out the Big Foot and have a little bit of fun there. That was the ideal place for Big Foot. We passed a lot of surprised cross-country skiers, who couldn\u2019t comprehend the situation and the fact that a bicycle was \u2019destroying\u2019 their tracks. We headed into the woods to avoid their anger and even here, Big Foot fared well. It\u2019s not a classic <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">f<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">reeride bike of course, but it\u2019s not bad at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/DSCF3004.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-136866\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2016\/03\/DSCF3004-600x399.jpg\" alt=\"It was a great fun to test BigFoot.
