V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Rep\u00fablica Checa, con n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n 00177041, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil administrado por el Tribunal Municipal de Praga, secci\u00f3n B, expediente n\u00famero 332 (en adelante, el \u201cOrganizador\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La empresa responsable de la ejecuci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del concurso es <\/span><b>MUSTARD s.r.o.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con domicilio en Praha 1 \u2013 Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, Masarykovo n\u00e1b\u0159. 246, 110 00, Rep\u00fablica Checa, n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n 28531418, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil del Tribunal Municipal de Praga, secci\u00f3n C, entrada 148383 (en adelante, el \u201cEjecutor\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Fechas, lugar y rondas del concurso<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 1 \u2013 del 28\/06\/2025 a las 00:01 (CET) al 04\/07\/2025 a las 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 2 \u2013 del 05\/07\/2025 a las 00:01 (CET) al 11\/07\/2025 a las 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 3 \u2013 del 12\/07\/2025 a las 00:01 (CET) al 18\/07\/2025 a las 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 4 \u2013 del 19\/07\/2025 a las 00:01 (CET) al 25\/07\/2025 a las 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 5 \u2013 del 26\/07\/2025 a las 00:01 (CET) al 03\/08\/2025 a las 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El concurso se celebra en la p\u00e1gina web <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.welovecycling.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (en adelante, el \u201csitio del concurso\u201d), desde donde tambi\u00e9n se gestiona toda la comunicaci\u00f3n con los participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Participaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podr\u00e1n participar todas las personas f\u00edsicas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os que residan en uno de los siguientes pa\u00edses: ANDORRA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, B\u00c9LGICA, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROACIA, REP\u00daBLICA CHECA, DINAMARCA, ESTONIA, FINLANDIA, FRANCIA, ALEMANIA, REINO UNIDO, GRECIA, HUNGR\u00cdA, ISLANDIA, IRLANDA, ITALIA, LETONIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITUANIA, LUXEMBURGO, MONTENEGRO, PA\u00cdSES BAJOS, NORUEGA, POLONIA, PORTUGAL, RUMAN\u00cdA, SERBIA, ESLOVAQUIA, ESLOVENIA, ESPA\u00d1A, SUECIA, SUIZA y UCRANIA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para participar, es necesario registrarse en el sitio del concurso en cualquier momento durante el per\u00edodo de participaci\u00f3n y aceptar de forma incondicional estas bases. El formulario de registro incluye la indicaci\u00f3n de una direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico, que se utilizar\u00e1 exclusivamente con fines relacionados con este concurso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada persona solo podr\u00e1 registrarse una vez y \u00fanicamente con su propia direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico. El Organizador se reserva el derecho de verificar este requisito mediante medios t\u00e9cnicos y organizativos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No podr\u00e1n participar las personas involucradas en la preparaci\u00f3n del concurso (empleados, colaboradores, agencias contratadas, socios autorizados de \u0160koda), ni sus familiares ni personas cercanas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Mec\u00e1nica del concurso y selecci\u00f3n de ganadores<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada participante debe responder correctamente a cinco preguntas. Aquellos que respondan correctamente y se registren correctamente tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de ganar un premio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los ganadores se seleccionan seg\u00fan las siguientes posiciones en la lista de participaci\u00f3n ordenada cronol\u00f3gicamente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rondas 1, 3 y 5: posiciones 1\/11, 2\/11, &#8230;, 9\/11<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 2: posiciones 1\/11 a 7\/11<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ronda 4: posiciones 1\/17 a 16\/17<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el n\u00famero de participantes no es divisible por 11 o 17, se redondear\u00e1 hacia abajo al n\u00famero entero m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, si hay 7183 participantes en la Ronda 1, los ganadores estar\u00e1n en las posiciones 653, 1306, 1959, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los ganadores ser\u00e1n contactados en un plazo de 5 d\u00edas tras el fin de la ronda correspondiente mediante el correo electr\u00f3nico facilitado en el registro. Si un ganador no responde en un plazo de 24 horas, incluso tras un segundo correo, perder\u00e1 el derecho al premio sin compensaci\u00f3n alguna.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Premios<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Ronda aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5x Maillot verde \u0160koda<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La entrega de bicicletas podr\u00eda demorarse hasta 8 meses debido a posibles retrasos en el suministro de componentes.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3><b>Informaci\u00f3n sobre el tratamiento de datos personales<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160koda Auto a.s., como responsable del tratamiento de datos conforme al Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (Reglamento (UE) 2016\/679), proporciona la siguiente informaci\u00f3n relativa al tratamiento de datos personales y los derechos del usuario:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Base legal del tratamiento:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tratamiento de datos
