These rules regulate the terms of the \u201c2023 Strava UCI Worlds Challenge Contest\u201d (hereinafter referred to as \u201cContest\u201d) and are the only document which completely and obligatorily regulates the rules of this contest.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Contest host and organiser<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The host of the Contest is \u0160koda Auto a.s., a joint-stock company with its registered office at t\u0159. V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Czech Republic, Company ID number 00177041, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal\u00a0 Court in Prague, section B, file number 332 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cHost\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

    The organiser of the Contest, which provides practical steps in its organisation, is MUSTARD s.r.o., registered office Praha 1 \u2013 Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, Masarykovo n\u00e1b\u0159. 246, 110 00, Czech Republic, ID No. 28531418, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, Entry 148383 (hereinafter also referred to as the \u201cOrganiser\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Contest terms and place, Contest periods<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Contest will be held from 00:01 (CET) 03.08. 2023 to 23:59 (CET) 27.08.2023<\/strong>. The Contest will be held on the www.welovecycling.com website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cContest website\u201d) where the communication with participants is primarily conducted.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Contest participants<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The Contest may be entered by any individual who has reached at least the age of 18, and who resides in one of the countries where the Contest is being held. The Contest is being held in the following countries: ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREAT BRITAIN, GREECE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MONTENEGRO, THE NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND.<\/span><\/p>\n

        To enter the Contest it is necessary to make a registration on the Contest website anytime during any Contest period, and confirm unconditional acceptance of these rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Each participant can register himself\/herself only once and only under his\/her own email address whereas the Contest Host reserves the right to check this rule via technical as well as organisational means.<\/span><\/p>\n

        All persons who have participated in the preparation of this Contest, mainly persons employed by or in a similar relationship with the Host or the Organiser, are ineligible to participate in the Contest, as are any persons in a similar relationship with the participating authorised \u0160koda partner or with agencies entrusted with ensuring this Contest, their family members and persons close to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Contest mechanism, evaluation of winners<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The task of a participant is to successfully complete the \u2018Strava UCI Worlds Challenge\u2019 AND register on the Contest website during the Contest period. All participants, who have successfully completed the \u2018Strava Green Jersey Challenge\u2019, and registered themselves to the Contest have the chance to win a prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Main prize<\/strong>: In the contest period, the prize is won by the participant who delivered all correct answers positioned at 1\/2 on the list of all participants. If the number of participants isn\u2019t divisible by 2, the resultant number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number divisible by 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Secondary prize<\/strong>: In the contest period, the prizes are won by those participants who delivered all correct answers positioned at 1\/11, 2\/11, 3\/11, 4\/11, 5\/11, and 6\/11 on the list of all participants. If the number of participants isn\u2019t divisible by 11, the resultant number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number divisible by 11.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Tertiary prize<\/strong>: In the contest period, the prizes are won by those participants who delivered all correct answers positioned at 1\/13, 2\/13, 3\/13, 4\/13, 5\/13, 6\/13, 7\/,13, 8\/13, 9\/13 and 10\/13 on the list of all participants. If the number of participants isn\u2019t divisible by 13, the resultant number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number divisible by 13.<\/span><\/p>\n

          All lists of the participants above will always be sorted chronologically according to the time of submitting the contest questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

          In the event that two Participants entered the list of all Participants at exactly the same time without the possibility of determining which Participant entered first, and in the event that such fact is determinative of entry into the draw, both Participants will be allowed into such draw.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Contest Host will inform the winners via e-mail given during the registration within five days after the appropriate Contest period ends and the winners will be asked to provide data necessary for handover or sending of the prize or for further communication. If the winner fails to respond or provide all requested information within 48 hours, their prize will be forfeited without refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

            • Main prize<\/strong>: An all-inclusive weekend trip to a training camp with Alberto Contador\u2019s UCI team Eolo\u2013Kometa<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Secondary prize:<\/strong> 6x Wahoo ELEMNT RIVAL SMART SPORTS WATCH WITH GPS<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Tertiary prize:<\/strong> 10x combo package: a unique tube holder made of tyres from the bikes of the Canyon\u2013SRAM pro team + a bike-shaped pizza cutter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

               <\/p>\n

              The Organiser shall, at its sole discretion, arrange for the dispatch of the prize to the designated recipient via a delivery service, and shall bear all associated costs incurred in delivering the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Acquisition and use of recordings<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                If a participant becomes a winner, he\/she grants a consent to the Host to obtain and use participant\u2019s portraits, written statements, photos and audio and visual recordings related to the participant and\/or expressions of a personal nature obtained by the Host in connection with the hosting of the Contest and the delivery or drawing of winnings for commercial purposes in all communication media, regardless of their character and specifications, using all typical means, with their subsequent modification and with potential combination with other works and inclusion into a collective work. The participant grants the Host this consent free of charge without material, time, quantity or territorial limitations and can revoke it at any time. This consent shall also apply to third parties to whom the Host may provide such recordings at the Host’s own discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Information on Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The Host, as a personal data controller according to General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016\/679), hereby provides you with information about the processing of personal data and your rights related to the processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  The processing takes place within the framework of the following activity:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  – Organisation of competitions and assurance of fair voting in a voting competition<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Legal basis of the processing: We are entitled to process your personal data on the basis of the conclusion of a contract (these Contest Rules).<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Categories of the personal data we process: Identification data, Contact information, Information on mutual communication and interaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Processing time: If you are a winner, we process your personal data for one year after the end of the competition. If you are a non-winning participant, your data will be processed until the contest is evaluated and for a maximum of 10 more weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Source of personal data: We receive the personal data directly from you.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Transfer of personal data to third countries or multinational companies: As part of this processing, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or multinational companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Automated decision-making based on personal data: During this personal data processing, automated decision-making based on the personal data does not occur.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Other information: Personal data may be archived in the public interest and used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes. In well-founded cases, personal data can also be the subject of processing for the purposes of legal matters resolution, including the performance of obligations towards public administration bodies and monitoring and ongoing evaluation of legal risks.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  As part of the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: Access to the processed personal data, Correction of inaccurate or incorrect data or completion of incomplete data, Deletion of personal data in the event of termination of purpose or unauthorised processing, Restriction or blocking of personal data processing, Listing of personal data in a structured and machine-readable format for yourself or for another administrator, Not to be subject to automated decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  In connection with the exercise of your rights, \u0160koda Auto may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs for the processing when requests from a data subject are apparently unfounded or excessive.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. Other important conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The Host shall exclusively determine the exact specifications of the winnings. The displaying of winnings in promotional materials is illustrative. The Host shall not be liable for any damages caused to the participant as a result of using the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    The participants are not entitled to demand money or other types of fulfilment as a substitution for the prize. The Host is not otherwise hereby bound to provide fulfilment to the Contest participants, and the participants shall not be entitled to any fulfilment from the Host other than that expressly specified herein.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    The Host isn\u2019t responsible for the quality of prizes delivered by third parties. It is necessary to exercise responsibility for possible defects directly at these suppliers. The Host reserves the right to change prizes at their own discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    A participant may be excluded from the Contest if the Host discovers or has reasonable suspicion that the participant or other persons aiding the participant have engaged in fraud in order to receive prizes or engaged in unfair conduct or conduct not based on the participant\u2019s knowledge in accordance with the rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    The Host shall not be liable for any failure to deliver messages or winnings. The Host shall not be liable for any mistake occurring as a result of technical or communication problems. The Host shall decide with final validity regarding any complaints or presented objections. The Host reserves the right without being required to provide compensation to shorten, postpone, suspend or cancel the event and the prizes or to change or add anything to these rules unilaterally during the event’s existence by notifying of such changes on the website specified above, where the valid and complete wording of the rules can also be found.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    This Contest is not in any way operated, sponsored by or associated with Meta, and Meta is not responsible for it. The information provided during the event will not be provided to Meta. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the application must be directed to the Host, not to Meta.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    This Contest is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, except to the extent excluded by the applicable legislation of the participants\u2019 countries.<\/span><\/p>\n
