These rules regulate the terms of the \u201cVirtual L’Etape du Tour 2020\u201d (hereinafter referred to as \u201cContest\u201d) and are the only document which regulates completely and obligatorily the rules of this contest.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Contest host and organizer<\/b><\/h2>\n

The host of the Contest is \u0160koda AUTO a.s., a joint-stock company with its registered office at t\u0159. V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Czech Republic, Company ID number 00177041, registered in the Commercial Register managed by the Metropolitan Court in Prague, section B, file number 332 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cHost\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

The organizer of the Contest, which provides practical steps in its organization, is MUSTARD s.r.o., registered office Praha 1 \u2013 Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, Masarykovo n\u00e1b\u0159. 246, 110 00, Czech Republic, ID No. 28531418, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, Entry 148383.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Contest terms and place, Contest periods<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Contest will be held in 3 different rounds:<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 1: 08:00 AM (CET) 04. 7. 2020 to 23:59 PM (CET) 05. 7. 2020<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 2: 08:00 AM (CET) 11. 7. 2020 to 23:59 PM (CET) 12. 7. 2020<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 3: 08:00 AM (CET) 18. 7. 2020 to 23:59 PM (CET) 19. 7. 2020<\/span><\/p>\n

The Contest will be held on Instagram where the communication with participants is primarily conducted.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Contest participants<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Contest may be entered by any individual who has reached at least the age of 18, speaks English at an intermediate level, and who resides in one of the countries where the Contest is being held. The Contest is being held in the following countries: ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREAT BRITAIN, GREECE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MONTENEGRO, THE NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TURKEY.<\/span><\/p>\n

All persons who have participated in the preparation of this Contest, mainly persons employed by or in a similar relationship with the Host or the Organiser, are ineligible to participate in the Contest, as are any persons in a similar relationship with the participating authorised \u0160koda partner or with agencies entrusted with ensuring this Contest, their family members and people close to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Contest mechanism, evaluation of winners<\/b><\/h2>\n

To have a chance to win one of the prizes, the participants have to publish an Instagram post clearly showing their participation in the L’Etape du Tour Zwift ride tagged with #Ride2Unite. This post must be published during the contest time periods mentioned above. Only one post per person will count.<\/span><\/p>\n

The evaluation of the winners will be held in the following way \u2013 the list of all suitable posts tagged with #Ride2Unite is created and exported in the chronological order of their publishing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The winning post is the one on the aforementioned list of all suitable posts placed in the following position number- a number is created by putting the sum of all digits in the number of all suitable posts after a zero and this number is then multiplied by the number of all suitable posts..<\/span><\/p>\n

If the position number isn\u2019t a whole number, it will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.<\/span><\/p>\n

Example: Number of posts in the contest is 1699.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

0.(1+6+9+9) * 1699 = 424.74. The winning post is the one which positioned 425th.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Contest Host will inform the winners via Instagram messages within five days after the appropriate Contest period ends and the winners will be asked to provide data necessary for handover or sending of the prize or for further communication. If the winner doesn\u2019t react, even to an email sent repeatedly by the Contest Host or doesn\u2019t provide contact data within 24 hours after the email was sent, his prize will expire without any compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Description of prizes<\/b><\/h2>\n

    helicopter flight over the peloton included.)<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Acquisition and use of recordings<\/b><\/h2>\n

    If a participant becomes a winner, he\/she grants a consent to the Host to obtain and use participant\u2019s portraits, written statements, photos and audio and visual recordings related to the participant and\/or expressions of a personal nature obtained by the Host in connection with the hosting of the Contest and the delivery or drawing of winnings for commercial purposes in all communication media, regardless of their character and specifications, using all typical means, with their subsequent modification and with potential combination with other works and inclusion into a collective work. The participant grants the Host this consent free of charge without material, time, quantity or territorial limitations and can revoke it at any time. This consent shall also apply to third parties to whom the Host may provide such recordings at Host\u2019s own discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

    7. Other important conditions<\/b><\/h2>\n

    The Host shall exclusively determine the exact specification of the winnings – the displaying of winnings in all promotional materials, namely the merchandise items, is illustrative. The Host shall not be liable for any damages caused to the participant as a result of using the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The participants are not entitled to demand money or other types of fulfillment as a substitution for the prize. The Host is not otherwise hereby bound to provide fulfillment to the Contest participants, and the participants shall not be entitled to any fulfillment from the Host other than that expressly specified herein. The Host isn\u2019t responsible for the quality of prizes delivered by third parties. It is necessary to exercise responsibility for possible defects directly at these suppliers. The Host reserves the right to change prizes at their own discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A participant may be excluded from the Contest if the Host discovers or has reasonable suspicion that the participant or other persons aiding the participant has engaged in fraud in order to receive prizes or engaged in unfair conduct or conduct not based on the participant\u2019s knowledge in accordance with the rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Host shall not be liable for any failure to deliver messages or winnings. The Host shall not be liable for any mistake occurring as a result of technical or communication problems. The Host shall decide with final validity regarding any complaints or presented objections. The Host reserves the right without being required to provide compensation to shorten, postpone, suspend or cancel the event or to change or add anything to these rules unilaterally during event\u2019s existence by notifying of such changes on the website specified above, where the valid and complete wording of the rules can also be found.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This Contest is not in any way operated, sponsored by or associated with Facebook, and Facebook is not responsible for it. The information provided during the event will not be provided to Facebook. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the application must be directed to the Host, not to Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This Contest is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, except to the extent excluded by the applicable legislation of the participants\u2019 countries.<\/span><\/p>\n
