By means of this document, we, as the controller of personal data \u2013 the company \u0160koda AUTO a.s., t\u0159. V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav II, 293 10, Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Identification No.: 00177041, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under Section B, File No. 332 (hereinafter referred to as \u201c\u0160koda AUTO\u201c) \u2013 provide information on the personal data processing and your rights related thereto.<\/p>\n

Organisation of competitions and assurance of fair voting in a voting competition<\/p>\n

Description of the purpose of processing:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Should you decide to take part in any competition that we organise as part of our activities, we will use your personal data, if you are a participant in the competition, ie, your data, and data of your child if you are a legal guardian of a participant in the competition, in order for us to be able to include you among participants, evaluate the competition and send or deliver a prize. These activities can be carried out by ourselves or via third persons \u2013 agencies. With the help of these data we will also be able to ensure that situations where one person votes multiple times is minimised.<\/p>\n

Legal basis of the processing:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We must carry out the processing as it is necessary for us to be able to meet our obligations from the competition announced. The provision of your personal data is a contractual requirement and if you fail to provide them, you may not be included in the competition as a result.<\/p>\n

Upon request, your personal data can be provided to public authorities, in particular to courts, the Police of the Czech Republic and other law enforcement agencies to the necessary extent and within the boundaries of law.<\/p>\n

Transfers of personal data to third countries or supranational organisations:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As part of this processing, your personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. the United States of America. In such case, this transfer may take place either on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, i.e. to organizations participating in the Privacy Shield programme, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses, i.e. the model contract issued by the European Commission, without any change made in its text, as foreseen by current legal regulation on personal data protection.
