{"id":173180,"date":"2019-04-05T10:20:51","date_gmt":"2019-04-05T10:20:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/?page_id=173180"},"modified":"2019-04-08T21:48:35","modified_gmt":"2019-04-08T21:48:35","slug":"safety-contest-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/safety-contest-terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Safety Contest Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>These rules regulate the terms of the \u201c<strong><em>Stay on the Safe Side Contest<\/em><\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>Contest<\/strong>\u201d) and are the only document which regulate completely and obligatorily the rules of this contest.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Contest Host and Organizer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The host of the Contest is <strong>\u0160koda AUTO a.s.<\/strong>, a joint-stock company with its registered office at t\u0159. V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Czech Republic, ID No. 00177041, registered in the Commercial Register administrated by the Metropolitan Court in Prague, file number B 332 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>Host<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The organizer of the Contest, which provides practical steps in its organization, is <strong>MUSTARD s.r.o.<\/strong>, registered office at Praha 1 \u2013 Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, Masarykovo n\u00e1b\u0159. 246, 110 00, Czech Republic, ID No. 28531418, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 148383 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>Organizer<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Contest <\/strong><strong>terms and place, Contest period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Contest will be held from 12:00 (GMT) 9. 4. 2019 to 23:59 (GTM) 8. 5. 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>Contest period<\/strong>\u201d). The Contest will be held on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/safety\">www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/safety<\/a> website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>Contest website<\/strong>\u201d) where the communication with participants is primarily conducted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Contest participants<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Contest may be entered by any individual who has reached at least the age of 18, speaks English at an intermediate level, and who resides in one of the countries where the Contest is being held. The Contest is being held in the following countries: ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREAT BRITAIN, GREECE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MONTENEGRO, THE NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TURKEY.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To enter the Contest, it is necessary to register on the Contest website anytime during the Contest period and confirm unconditional acceptance of these rules. A part of registration (entry form) is the provision of personal data &#8211; e-mail address that shall be used for purposes of this Contest only.<br \/>\nEach participant can register himself\/herself only once and only under his\/her own email, and the Contest Host reserves the right to check this rule via technical as well as organizational means.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All persons who have participated in the preparation of this Contest, mainly persons employed by or in a similar relationship with the Host or the Organizer, are ineligible to participate in the Contest, as are any persons in a similar relationship with the participating authorized \u0160koda partner or with agencies entrusted with ensuring this Contest, their family members and persons close to them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Contest mechanism, evaluation of winners<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The task of a participant is to acquire as many Contest entries as possible up to a total number of six (6). Three (3) of those can be acquired at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/safety\">www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/safety<\/a> by correctly completing three (3) separate rounds of the Safety quiz. The other three (3) can be acquired by visiting three (3) different ULRs that are hidden in videos related to the campaign. All participants, who have acquired at least one Contest entry, have a chance to win the prize. The number of prizes is provided in the chart below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>main prizes<\/strong> are won by those participants whose email addresses were positioned at 1\/6, 2\/6, 3\/6, 4\/6 and 5\/6 on the list of all email addresses acquired during the contest period. If the position number isn\u2019t divisible by 6, the resultant number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Secondary prizes<\/strong> are won by those participants positioned at 1\/101, 2\/101, 3\/101 \u2026 100\/101 on the list of all email addresses acquired during the contest period. If the position number isn\u2019t divisible by 101, the resultant number will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Participants who have already won the main prize will be excluded from the list.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All lists of the email addresses mentioned above will be sorted chronologically according to the time of submitting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Contest Host will inform the winners via the e-mail given during the registration within five (5) days after the Contest period ends and the winners will be asked to provide data necessary for handover or sending of the prize or for further communication. If the winner doesn\u2019t react, even to an email sent repeatedly by the Contest Host, or doesn\u2019t provide contact data within 24 hours after the email was sent, his prize will expire without any compensation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Description of prizes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main prize:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5x POC helmet + GARMIN cycling radar + POC jacket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Secondary prizes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60x \u0160koda SET LIGHTS on bike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Acquisition and use of recordings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If a participant becomes a winner, he\/she grants consent to the Host to obtain and use participant\u2019s portraits, written statements, photos and audio and visual recordings related to the participant and\/or expressions of a personal nature obtained by the Host in connection with the hosting of the Contest and the delivery or drawing of winnings for commercial purposes in all communication media, regardless of their character and specifications, using all typical means, with their subsequent modification and with potential combination with other works and inclusion into a collective work. The participant grants the Host this consent free of charge without material, time, quantity or territorial limitations and can revoke it at any time. This consent shall also apply to third parties to whom the Host may provide such recordings at the Host\u2019s own discretion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Other important conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Host shall exclusively determine the exact specifications of the winnings. The displaying of winnings in promotional materials is illustrative. The Host shall not be liable for any damages caused to the participant as a result of using the prize.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The participants are not entitled to demand money or other types of fulfillment as a substitution for the prize. The Host is not otherwise hereby bound to provide fulfillment to the Contest participants, and the participants shall not be entitled to any fulfillment from the Host other than that expressly specified herein. The Host isn\u2019t responsible for the quality of prizes delivered by third parties. It is necessary to exercise responsibility for possible defects directly at these suppliers. The Host reserves the right to change prizes at their own discretion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A participant may be excluded from the Contest if the Host discovers or has reasonable suspicion that the participant or other persons aiding the participant have engaged in fraud in order to receive prizes or engaged in unfair conduct or conduct not based on the participant\u2019s knowledge in accordance with the rules.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Host shall not be liable for any failure to deliver messages or winnings. The Host shall not be liable for any mistake occurring as a result of technical or communication problems. The Host shall decide with final validity regarding any complaints or presented objections. The Host reserves the right without being required to provide compensation to shorten, postpone, suspend or cancel the event or to change or add anything to these rules unilaterally during the event&#8217;s existence by notifying of such changes on the website specified above, where the valid and complete wording of the rules can also be found.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This Contest is not in any way operated, sponsored by or associated with Facebook, and Facebook is not responsible for it. The information provided during the Contest will not be provided to Facebook.
