Since they both enjoy live commentating on cycling events, they talk transitioning from being a professional cyclist to being a pro commentator, and touch on their shared love and passion for the profession\u2026 and also their hair.<\/p>\n<p>Adam Blythe is a former professional road and track-racing cyclist from Yorkshire, with a pro career spanning from 2010 to 2019, who competed under the colours of Tinkoff and Lotto\u2013Soudal, among others. Blythe began racing at a young age, quickly moving to the World Tour level. Appearing with a number of world-renowned teams and gathering wins such as the British National Championships and the RideLondon Classic, Blythe eventually decided to retire from pro cycling in October 2019, after finishing the season.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-controller-wrapper\"><iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Adam Blythe on the Excitement of Live Commentating on Cycling\u2019s Major Events\" style=\"border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"152\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" data-src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/episode\/5Up0KJxQo74Z3dYFWuLgfx?utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Since Adam is also a \u0160koda ambassador and an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/2020\/09\/16\/adam-blythe-its-a-bit-of-a-shame-we-dont-have-a-womens-tour-de-france-alongside\/\">advocate for gender equality in his beloved sport,<\/a> in 2020, Adam acted as a Directeur Sportif for the very first women\u2019s virtual Tour, the V-Series Women\u2019s Tour that took place on the virtual racing platform <a href=\"https:\/\/us.zwift.com\/\">ZWIFT<\/a>.
