Vytv\u00e1ra platformu pre komunik\u00e1ciu so \u0161t\u00e1tnymi, s\u00fakromn\u00fdmi a \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi neziskov\u00fdmi subjektmi. Jedn\u00fdm z ich projektov je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti rekon\u0161trukcia bikrosovej cyklistickej dr\u00e1hy v Petr\u017ealke a jej premena na pumptrack.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ak\u00fa hist\u00f3riu m\u00e1 toto ob\u010dianske zdru\u017eenie? Ak\u00e9 projekty u\u017e dok\u00e1zali zrealizova\u0165? \u010co pl\u00e1nuj\u00fa na najbli\u017e\u0161ie roky? S ak\u00fdmi probl\u00e9mami musia pri svojich projektoch z\u00e1pasi\u0165? Nielen na tieto ot\u00e1zky sme sa op\u00fdtali <strong>Evky Uhliarikovej<\/strong> z OZ Ped\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ahoj! Na za\u010diatku by si sa n\u00e1m mohla predstavi\u0165 a poveda\u0165, ako si sa dostala k cyklistike a pre\u010do si sa rozhodla p\u00f4sobi\u0165 v OZ Ped\u00e1l.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>K cyklistike som sa dostala ve\u013emi prozaicky. Ako b\u00fdval\u00e1 mana\u017e\u00e9rka som potrebovala zlep\u0161i\u0165 zdravotn\u00fd stav pozna\u010den\u00fd dlhodob\u00fdm stresom. Vtedy sa na\u0161lo p\u00e1r dobr\u00fdch kamar\u00e1tov, ktor\u00ed mi darovali k narodenin\u00e1m m\u00f4j prv\u00fd poriadny bicykel \u2013 Merida Juliet. A z\u00e1vislos\u0165 bola na svete. Ako vzniklo a \u010do bolo jeho cie\u013eom?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>OZ Ped\u00e1l vzniklo v roku 2013. Prvotn\u00fdm z\u00e1merom bolo podporova\u0165 rozvoj horskej cyklistiky v okol\u00ed Bratislavy, spolupracova\u0165 pri tom s org\u00e1nmi verejnej spr\u00e1vy, usporad\u00fava\u0165 komunitn\u00e9 akcie, pracova\u0165 na zlep\u0161en\u00ed podmienok pre horsk\u00fa cyklistiku.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pri svojej pr\u00e1ci sa mus\u00edte na Slovensku ako OZ popasova\u0165 s mno\u017estvom probl\u00e9mov. Ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa tie najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Nie je to ni\u010d nov\u00e9, maj\u00fa ich aj ostatn\u00e9 ob\u010dianske zdru\u017eenia: nedostatok financi\u00ed na aktivity a m\u00e1lo \u013eud\u00ed na pr\u00e1cu.<\/em><\/p>\n<lite-youtube videoid=iBPoyW6DDCg params=\"enablejsapi=1\" style=\"background-image: url('https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi_webp\/iBPoyW6DDCg\/maxresdefault.webp');\"><\/lite-youtube>\n<p><strong>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti pracujete na projekte \u201ePumpParku\u201c v Petr\u017ealke. Povedz n\u00e1m nie\u010do viac o tejto iniciat\u00edve.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Tento projekt je vlastne o prebudovan\u00ed p\u00f4vodnej zanedbanej bikrosovej dr\u00e1hy na asfaltov\u00fd pumptrack. V internetovom hlasovan\u00ed na\u0161ich priaznivcov dostal tento projekt meno PumpPark. Priestor je zauj\u00edmav\u00fd t\u00fdm, \u017ee sa nach\u00e1dza v srdci najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho s\u00eddliska v Petr\u017ealke &#8211; Ovsi\u0161ti, tak\u017ee je predpoklad, \u017ee ho bude ma\u0165 na dosah ve\u013ea miestnych det\u00ed, nielen bikeri. Na asfaltovom povrchu si toti\u017e vedia ve\u013emi dobre zajazdi\u0165 v\u0161etci vyzn\u00e1va\u010di kolesov\u00fdch \u0161portov. S istou zveli\u010dovan\u00edm sa d\u00e1 poveda\u0165, \u017ee tak\u00fdto projekt sp\u00e1ja komunity kolobe\u017ek\u00e1rov, kor\u010duliarov, skejterov aj bikerov. O medzigenera\u010dnom presahu ani nehovor\u00edm. Po dobudovan\u00ed bude jedine\u010dn\u00fd aj svojim rozsahom, bude tam cca 570 m dr\u00e1h r\u00f4znych obtia\u017enost\u00ed \u2013 od odr\u00e1\u017eadiel a\u017e po l\u00edniu so skokmi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2019\/10\/ozpedal_02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8474\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2019\/10\/ozpedal_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co v\u0161etko ste museli vopred zariadi\u0165, aby ste sa mohli pusti\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce? Bol to dlh\u00fd proces s \u00faradmi?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Od za\u010diatku svojho p\u00f4sobenia sa OZ Ped\u00e1l dr\u017e\u00ed pravidla, \u017ee pri budovan\u00ed infra\u0161trukt\u00fary musia by\u0165 splnen\u00e9 v\u0161etky z\u00e1konn\u00e9 aj technick\u00e9 podmienky pre jej vznik tak, aby bola najm\u00e4 bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e1. Tak to bolo aj pri tomto projekte. Tak\u017ee prv\u00e9mu bagrovaniu predch\u00e1dzalo uzavretie n\u00e1jomnej zmluvy na pozemok s hlavn\u00fdm mestom SR &#8211; Bratislavou v decembri 2016. Po\u010das cel\u00e9ho roka 2017 sme rie\u0161ili zostavenie projektovej dokument\u00e1cie a vybavenie v\u0161etk\u00fdch formal\u00edt so stavebn\u00fdm \u00faradom Bratislava \u2013 Petr\u017ealka. Potrebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1voplatn\u00e9 povolenia sa podarilo z\u00edska\u0165 v novembri 2017. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Tak\u017ee a\u017e vtedy sme mohli spusti\u0165 prv\u00e9 pr\u00edpravn\u00e9 zemn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Odvtedy sa za\u010dal nekone\u010dn\u00fd koloto\u010d okolo financi\u00ed na v\u00fdstavbu, ke\u010f\u017ee cel\u00fd projekt m\u00e1 rozpo\u010det 198 000 \u20ac. Na jar 2018 sme mali z r\u00f4znych mal\u00fdch grantov naakumulovan\u00fa \u010diastku potrebn\u00fa na prv\u00fa etapu, ktor\u00fa vol\u00e1me Bambi line, teda dr\u00e1ha pre najmen\u0161\u00edch bikerov. T\u00fa n\u00e1m zostavoval zn\u00e1my dizajn\u00e9r tak\u00fdchto \u0161portov\u00edsk Ing. Roman Kalo\u010day a mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jeho sk\u00fasenosti a prec\u00edznos\u0165 d\u00fdchaj\u00fa z ka\u017ed\u00e9ho detailu dr\u00e1hy. Ak toti\u017e potencion\u00e1lny donor vid\u00ed do detailov vypracovan\u00fd a re\u00e1lne nacenen\u00fd projekt, je jednoduch\u0161ie zauja\u0165, ako pri v\u00e1gnych deklar\u00e1ci\u00e1ch bez predstavy. Toto sa n\u00e1m vyplatilo aj v za\u010diatkoch, ke\u010f sme skladali potrebn\u00e9 financie doslova po mal\u00fdch \u010diastkach naj\u010dastej\u0161ie od bratislavsk\u00e9ho V\u00daC a zo zamestnaneck\u00fdch grantov na\u0161ich priaznivcov. Po tomto mart\u00fdriu to u\u017e i\u0161lo \u013eah\u0161ie, lebo u\u017e bola za nami vidie\u0165 pr\u00e1ca. Mo\u017eno aj preto sme dostali ako prv\u00e9 ob\u010dianske zdru\u017eenie dot\u00e1ciu na investi\u010dn\u00fd projekt od mesta Bratislava. A v\u00fdsledok vidie\u0165 u\u017e dnes v Petr\u017ealke, dr\u00e1ha pln\u00e1 \u0161portuj\u00facich obyvate\u013eov.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stretli ste sa s ochotou a pomocou zo strany mesta \u010di \u00faradov?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Spo\u010diatku spolupr\u00e1ca s \u00faradmi dos\u0165 viazla, mo\u017eno sme iba nerozpr\u00e1vali ich jazykom. Ale odkedy sa podarilo dosta\u0165 are\u00e1l do n\u00e1jmu, nem\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165 kriv\u00e9 slovo na nikoho, s k\u00fdm sme pri\u0161li do kontaktu. Hovorievam na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu, \u017ee je in\u00e9, ke\u010f v\u00e1m \u00faradn\u00edci pom\u00e1haj\u00fa a in\u00e9, ke\u010f nebr\u00e1nia. Aj s t\u00fdm druh\u00fdm sa d\u00e1 \u017ei\u0165. Ver\u00edm, \u017ee to bude u\u017e v bud\u00facom roku.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co v\u0161etko tam bikeri n\u00e1jdu?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Ako som u\u017e povedala, bude to cca 570 m dr\u00e1h s r\u00f4znou obtia\u017enos\u0165ou &#8211; od dr\u00e1hy pre odr\u00e1\u017eadl\u00e1, syst\u00e9m klopen\u00fdch z\u00e1krut, Dual line, kde si m\u00f4\u017eu zmera\u0165 sily dvaja bikeri paralelne, a\u017e skokov\u00fa l\u00edniu. V pl\u00e1ne je aj mal\u00fd skill park. N\u00e1poj za prilbu \u010di odborn\u00fa diskusiu o bud\u00facnosti Mestsk\u00fdch lesov Bratislava, komunitn\u00e9 v\u00fdlety doma aj v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, usporad\u00favame tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 cyklojazdy v ter\u00e9ne alebo na pumptrackoch, ale aj budujeme infra\u0161trukt\u00faru, napr. z na\u0161ej dielne vy\u0161lo pred\u013a\u017eenie Kras\u0148ansk\u00e9ho trailu. \u010casom sa k tomu pridala aj podpora budovania pumptrackov ako verejn\u00fdch \u0161portov\u00edsk, ktor\u00e9 sa ide\u00e1lne hodia nielen do lesa a bikeparkov, ale s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 aj do s\u00eddliskov\u00e9ho prostredia. Ako prv\u00fd vznikol pumptrack vo Vraku\u0148skom lesoparku, ktor\u00fd sa n\u00e1m podarilo realizova\u0165 s podporou mestskej \u010dasti Bratislava \u2013 Vraku\u0148a.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ak\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny m\u00e1te do bud\u00facna? Ak\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy pred vami stoja a \u010do by ste chceli e\u0161te zrealizova\u0165?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Pravdupovediac, pr\u00e1ce a n\u00e1padov by bolo ve\u013ea. Len \u013eud\u00ed na ich realiz\u00e1ciu je m\u00e1lo.
