Elektri\u010dky zvonia, vodi\u010di odbo\u010duj\u00fa&#8230; n\u00fati n\u00e1s to unikn\u00fa\u0165. Ale kde? Chodn\u00edk samozrejme! Je to naozaj bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sotva n\u00e1jdete cyklistu, ktor\u00fd nikdy ne\u0161iel po chodn\u00edku, aj ke\u010f je to vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine kraj\u00edn zak\u00e1zan\u00e9. Deti jazdia po chodn\u00edku, preto\u017ee nemaj\u00fa povolen\u00fa jazdu po ceste pred dosiahnut\u00edm ur\u010dit\u00e9ho veku, a aj keby mali u\u017e po\u017eadovan\u00fd vek, neodv\u00e1\u017eili by sa jazdi\u0165 v takej ru\u0161nej prem\u00e1vke. Aj ke\u010f sa cyklisti m\u00f4\u017eu c\u00edti\u0165 bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie, chodci s\u00fa n\u00e1hle vo ve\u013ekom nebezpe\u010denstve, preto\u017ee s\u00fa pomal\u0161\u00ed ako cyklisti, a teda zranite\u013enej\u0161\u00ed. <em>\u201eJe d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 si uvedomi\u0165, \u010do je to chodn\u00edk a na \u010do sl\u00fa\u017ei. Z\u00e1kon je oh\u013eadne toho jednozna\u010dn\u00fd a m\u00e1 celkom jednoduch\u00fd s\u00fabor pravidiel pre pou\u017e\u00edvanie vozovky,\u201c<\/em> hovor\u00ed <strong>Ji\u0159\u00ed Polomis<\/strong> z \u010deskej agent\u00fary BESIP, ktorej cie\u013eom je zlep\u0161i\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 dopravy.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea neho je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vzia\u0165 do \u00favahy v\u00fdznamn\u00fd faktor, zn\u00e1my v\u0161etk\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom cestnej prem\u00e1vky &#8211; subjekt\u00edvny pocit bezpe\u010dnosti. <em>\u201eZ h\u013eadiska cyklistu je na mieste s hustou a komplikovanou prem\u00e1vkou ur\u010dite bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie jazdi\u0165 po opustenom chodn\u00edku. Na druhej strane, chodn\u00edk nemus\u00ed by\u0165 v\u017edy opusten\u00fd, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 ku konfliktu medzi pocitmi bezpe\u010dnosti cyklistov a chodcov. To n\u00e1sledne vedie k vz\u00e1jomnej antipatii medzi jednotlivcami zapojen\u00fdmi do situ\u00e1cie,\u201c<\/em> vysvet\u013euje <strong>Ji\u0159\u00ed Polomis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ealej dod\u00e1va, \u017ee \u010fal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom pre cyklistiku na chodn\u00edku je, \u017ee intuit\u00edvne kalkuluje aj so svoj\u00edm energetick\u00fdm v\u00fddajom. Rad\u0161ej p\u00f4jde 50 metrov po chodn\u00edku, ako urobi\u0165 200-metrov\u00fa obch\u00e1dzku v s\u00falade s pravidlami.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6949\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6949\" style=\"width: 1250px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2019\/04\/profimedia-0256406524.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6949 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2019\/04\/profimedia-0256406524.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1250\" height=\"833\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6949\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a9 Profimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Je to v rozpore so z\u00e1konom<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bez oh\u013eadu na d\u00f4vody, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e1s prin\u00fatili jazdi\u0165 po chodn\u00edku, je to <strong>povolen\u00e9 iba na miestach, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa na to v\u00fdslovne ur\u010den\u00e9<\/strong>. Vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch ostatn\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch je jazda po chodn\u00edku zak\u00e1zan\u00e1 a pol\u00edcia je opr\u00e1vnen\u00e1 tak\u00e9to konanie pokutova\u0165 pod\u013ea predpisov pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajiny.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010diatkom roku 2017 Metropolitn\u00e1 pol\u00edcia v Lond\u00fdne zaujala k tomuto fenom\u00e9nu nezvy\u010dajn\u00fd pr\u00edstup, ke\u010f sa rozhodli zisti\u0165, pre\u010do cyklisti poru\u0161uj\u00fa z\u00e1kaz. Zastavili p\u00e1chate\u013eov, ale namiesto toho, aby ich pokutovali na mieste, po\u017eiadali cyklistov, aby im vysvetlili, pre\u010do sa rozhodli pre jazdu po chodn\u00edku. T\u00e1to iniciat\u00edva pomohla identifikova\u0165 mimoriadne nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 \u00faseky ciest v Lond\u00fdne, kde sa napr\u00edklad rodi\u010dia neodv\u00e1\u017eili jazdi\u0165 so svojimi de\u0165mi.<\/p>\n<p>Kto je najviac ohrozen\u00fd cyklistami na chodn\u00edkoch? V prvom rade s\u00fa to zrakovo alebo sluchovo postihnut\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017eu \u0165a\u017eko zorientova\u0165 medzi in\u00fdmi chodcami a ktor\u00ed ur\u010dite nie s\u00fa pripraven\u00ed r\u00fdchlo reagova\u0165 na pribli\u017euj\u00face sa vozidlo, ak\u00fdm je bicykel. Zakazovanie cyklistiky na chodn\u00edku nie je samo\u00fa\u010deln\u00e9 a je obmedzovan\u00e9, preto\u017ee predstavuje zna\u010dn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1. Ke\u010f jazd\u00edte po chodn\u00edku, riskujete, \u017ee niekto, kto nepredpoklad\u00e1 va\u0161u r\u00fdchlu jazdu, v\u00e1m vbehne do cesty. V roku 1998 profesorka Lisa Aultman-Hall z Univerzity vo Vermonte uverejnila \u0161t\u00fadiu, ktor\u00e1 obsahuje svedectv\u00e1 a sk\u00fasenosti 1 600 respondentov \u017eij\u00facich v kanadskej Ottawe. Jej v\u00fdskum sk\u00famal r\u00f4zne aspekty spr\u00e1vania cyklistov v meste a pri\u0161iel so zauj\u00edmav\u00fdm z\u00e1verom: <strong>po\u010det cyklistov, ktor\u00ed utrpeli zranenia pri jazde po chodn\u00edku, bol \u0161tyrikr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako po\u010det t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed sa zranili na ceste.<\/strong> Ako je to mo\u017en\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>Existuje nieko\u013eko d\u00f4vodov, z ktor\u00fdch hlavnou pr\u00ed\u010dinou je, \u017ee vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov sa cyklisti <strong>nezrania v d\u00f4sledku kol\u00edzie s in\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom cestnej prem\u00e1vky, ale kv\u00f4li svojej vlastnej \u010dinnosti<\/strong>: stratia kontrolu nad bicyklom, str\u00e1caj\u00fa rovnov\u00e1hu, dostan\u00fa \u0161myk, podcenia r\u00fdchlos\u0165, zrazia sa s prek\u00e1\u017ekou, prehliadnu kan\u00e1l&#8230; jednoducho, spadn\u00fa. Navy\u0161e cyklisti, ktor\u00ed \u010dasto jazdia po chodn\u00edku, nemaj\u00fa dostatok sk\u00fasenost\u00ed na to, aby mohli jazdi\u0165 v skuto\u010dnej doprave. Aultman-Hall hovor\u00ed, \u017ee im ch\u00fdba schopnos\u0165 spr\u00e1vne odhadn\u00fa\u0165 situ\u00e1ciu a zdrav\u00e1 d\u00f4vera pre jazdu bicyklom medzi autami, \u010do je najlep\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob, ako si ubl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tolerancia je prvorad\u00e1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bez oh\u013eadu na v\u0161etky \u0161t\u00fadie a predpisy, cyklisti sa nikdy \u00faplne nestratia z chodn\u00edkov.
