Pod\u013ea vyjadren\u00ed Vilu, ktor\u00fd je \u0161portov\u00fdm riadite\u013eom a tr\u00e9nerom Saganovho t\u00edmu BORA &#8211; hansgrohe, zameran\u00edm d\u0148a bolo <strong>don\u00fati\u0165 Petrove svalov\u00e9 tkaniv\u00e1 pracova\u0165 pospolu<\/strong>. V utorok v\u00fdjazd trval tri a pol hodiny. Naviac v\u0161ak obsahoval aj \u0161tyri 10-min\u00fatov\u00e9 opakovania na 85% jeho maxim\u00e1lneho aer\u00f3bneho prahu. Trval medzi \u0161tyrmi a\u017e piatimi hodinami s nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi drilmi \u2013 trojmin\u00fatov\u00fdmi intervalmi pri 50-60 ot\u00e1\u010dkach za min\u00fatu, striedaj\u00facich sa s dvoma min\u00fatami pri 90 ot\u00e1\u010dkach \u2013 s cie\u013eom budova\u0165 silu a kond\u00edciu. Samozrejme, nebol tam s\u00e1m. Spolu s n\u00edm i\u0161li jeho kolegovia. Sagan je odli\u0161n\u00fd \u2013 rovnako ako v\u0161etci pretek\u00e1ri t\u00edmu BORA-hansgrohe \u2013 preto\u017ee <strong>pre\u0148ho je sila podstatn\u00fdm momentom pri dosahovan\u00ed maxim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu po\u010das \u0161printu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea <strong>Vilu<\/strong>, Sagan nie je prirodzene r\u00fdchly. <em>\u201eK jeho r\u00fdchlosti v z\u00e1veroch et\u00e1p sa dost\u00e1vame skrz \u010derstvos\u0165 a silu,\u201c<\/em> vysvet\u013euje. <em>\u201eIde o to, dosta\u0165 sa do posledn\u00fdch kilometrov \u010do najviac \u010derstv\u00fd a by\u0165 r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Av\u0161ak toto e\u0161te \u00faplne nerie\u0161i z\u00e1hadu Saganovej schopnosti vynikaj\u00faco st\u00fapa\u0165 v kopcoch a \u0161printova\u0165. Dve cvi\u010denia si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa funkciu odli\u0161n\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien v noh\u00e1ch. Pomal\u00e9 s\u0165ahovanie (typ 1) a r\u00fdchle s\u0165ahovanie (typ 2). U marat\u00f3nskych be\u017ecoch by ste na\u0161li preva\u017ene svalov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna prv\u00e9ho typu, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00edce \u201epomal\u00e9\u201c, ale nevytv\u00e1raj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo v\u00fdkonu. S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eenie v horskej cyklistike si vy\u017eaduje oboje: r\u00fdchlos\u0165 a schopnos\u0165 st\u00fapa\u0165 stredne dlh\u00e9, av\u0161ak strm\u00e9 kopce. S t\u00fdm je spojen\u00e1 aj pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien, ozna\u010den\u00fdch ako 2a, ktor\u00e9 produkuj\u00fa viac sily ne\u017e prv\u00fd typ, ale unavia sa nesk\u00f4r ne\u017e typ 2. Pom\u00e1haj\u00fa jazdcovi, ke\u010f \u0161printuje, ale aj ke\u010f zdol\u00e1va v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 metre.
