Nie je preto na \u0161kodu, obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 sa s t\u00fdmi, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017eu najviac u\u0161kodi\u0165.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Obmedzte r\u00fdchle cukry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Potraviny ako sladen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, sladkosti, r\u00f4zne energetick\u00e9 ty\u010dinky a d\u017e\u00fasy, m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 po cvi\u010den\u00ed na doplnenie \u201cpaliva\u201d, ale rozhodne nie s\u00fa dobr\u00fd n\u00e1pad pri seden\u00ed v kancel\u00e1rii alebo pred telev\u00edzorom.
