Zistila som, \u017ee ke\u010f som to za\u010dala robi\u0165, vyu\u017eila som svoj \u010das ove\u013ea efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie, preto\u017ee vid\u00edte pr\u00e1zdne miesta vo va\u0161om rozvrhu d\u0148a, kde m\u00f4\u017eete vlo\u017ei\u0165 \u00falohy tak, aby ste ich neprehliadli. K\u00fapila som si tento rok dva bicykle, ktor\u00e9 t\u00fa sumu trochu nav\u00fd\u0161ili, ale <strong>pribli\u017ene 1 100 \u20ac ro\u010dne<\/strong>, ke\u010f ner\u00e1tam tie dva bicykle. Peniaze id\u00fa na kvalitn\u00e9 vybavenie (na rozdiel od v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny \u0161portov, ktor\u00e9 som robila, v cyklistike dostanete len to, za \u010do si zaplat\u00edte), v\u00fd\u017eiva \u2013 vr\u00e1tane extra jed\u00e1l, ktor\u00fdmi si denne obohacujem svoje kalorick\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky \u2013 a veci ako s\u00fa vlakov\u00e9 l\u00edstky, zastavenia sa na k\u00e1vu a ob\u010dasn\u00e9 v\u00edkendy, ke\u010f sa pok\u00fa\u0161am n\u00e1js\u0165 nov\u00e9 trasy. N\u00e1klady na cyklistiku m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 ur\u010ditou prek\u00e1\u017ekou, ale v\u0161etky moje bicykle som nak\u00fapila za cenu o 50% ni\u017e\u0161iu ako je ich trhov\u00e1 hodnota (bu\u010f n\u00e1kupom z v\u00fdpredaja alebo z druhej ruky).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nezabudnite si vychutna\u0165 samotn\u00fd proces<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Ako si ospravedl\u0148ujete, \u017ee tr\u00e1vite to\u013eko \u010dasu na bicykli?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cyklistika mi rob\u00ed rados\u0165 \u2013 ke\u010f zacvaknem nohy do ped\u00e1lov, je to akoby mi z pliec padla v\u0161etka \u0165a\u017eoba a nieko\u013eko hod\u00edn sa c\u00edtim \u00faplne bez stresu. <strong>Str\u00e1vi\u0165 to\u013eko \u010dasu sk\u00faman\u00edm sveta je naozaj skvel\u00e1 vec a absol\u00fatna v\u00fdsada<\/strong>. Cesty okolo Glasgowa s\u00fa prudk\u00e9 a v\u00fdlu\u010dne do kopca alebo z kopca, tak\u017ee si nem\u00f4\u017eete, ako mnoho in\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, da\u0165 intervalov\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningy vonku. Dva roky som tr\u00e9novala v univerzitnej posil\u0148ovni Wattbike, ale klimatiz\u00e1cia nie je vhodn\u00e1 na indoor tr\u00e9novanie a ja som takmer omdlievala z toho tepla. Tento rok som si k\u00fapila <strong>tich\u00fd stacion\u00e1rny trena\u017e\u00e9r<\/strong> a v\u00fdkonov\u00fd mera\u010d a rob\u00edm svoje tr\u00e9ningy na schodisku pri otvorenom okne.
