Zatia\u013e, \u010do niektor\u00e9 krajiny sa p\u00fdtaj\u00fa, \u010di cyklisti m\u00f4\u017eu vypi\u0165 dve piv\u00e1, alebo \u010di aj jedno je pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea, v Nemecku je povolen\u00fd limit 0,16%. \u00darove\u0148 alkoholu dostato\u010dn\u00e1 na to, aby ste zabudli, \u017ee ste vyhrali v lot\u00e9rii de\u0148 predt\u00fdm, alebo aby ste nedali prednos\u0165 autobusu na hlavnej ceste. Cel\u00e1 tretina z 217 cyklistov, ktor\u00ed boli o\u0161etren\u00ed v nemocnici v priebehu dvoch rokov, boli pod vplyvom alkoholu. Percento cyklistov, ktor\u00ed pij\u00fa po\u010das jazdy, je len \u010das\u0165ou probl\u00e9mu a \u010fal\u0161iu d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u010das\u0165 zohr\u00e1va druh zranenia. Mobiln\u00e9 telef\u00f3ny a ich \u00fa\u010dinky na spr\u00e1vanie cyklistov boli sk\u00faman\u00e9 Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences v Groningen v Holandsku. 24 \u013eud\u00ed sa po\u010das jazdenia na bicykli muselo venova\u0165 \u0161irokej \u0161k\u00e1le \u00faloh &#8211; od odosielania spr\u00e1v, vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie cesty, telefonovania, a\u017e po po\u010d\u00favanie hudby v telef\u00f3ne.<\/p>\n<p>V d\u00f4sledku toho za\u010dali v\u0161etci \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci str\u00e1ca\u0165 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 a jazdi\u0165 menej predv\u00eddate\u013en\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, pribli\u017eovali sa k stredu cyklistickej trasy a n\u00e1hle sa odch\u00fdlili zo smeru. Nie je prekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>83% cyklistov, ktor\u00ed po\u010d\u00favaj\u00fa hudbu, nepo\u010duli pokyny na zastavenie<\/strong>. Cyklisti im v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu pripravi\u0165 \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 chv\u00edle. N\u00e1hle zmeny smeru <strong>patria medzi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pr\u00ed\u010diny neh\u00f4d auta s bicyklom<\/strong> (ke\u010f u\u017e o tom hovor\u00edme, vodi\u010di \u00e1ut n\u00e1s tie\u017e vedia niekedy riadne zablokova\u0165).<\/p>\n<p>Ponau\u010denie, ktor\u00e9 by sme si z toho mali vzia\u0165, je <strong>v\u017edy sledova\u0165 cestu pred sebou aj za sebou<\/strong>. Vodi\u010di by na druhej strane mali ma\u0165 na pam\u00e4ti, \u017ee <strong>minim\u00e1lna vzdialenos\u0165, ktor\u00fa musia dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pri predch\u00e1dzan\u00ed cyklistu, je 1,5 metra<\/strong>. Na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu sa zameriava mno\u017estvo kampan\u00ed, vr\u00e1tane tej \u0160koda v Nemecku.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cyklistika bez prilby ako mo\u017en\u00fd sp\u00f4sob sp\u00e1chania samovra\u017edy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadia Allianz Group ukazuje, \u017ee viac ako 40% v\u0161etk\u00fdch zr\u00e1\u017eok bicykla s autom, zah\u0155\u0148a <strong>\u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 poranenie hlavy a mozgu<\/strong>. Ak cyklista nem\u00e1 prilbu v \u010dase nehody, riziko po\u0161kodenia mozgu je a\u017e dvakr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161ie. V\u00fdskum v\u0161ak nazna\u010duje, \u017ee nielen zr\u00e1\u017eka s vozidlom predstavuje hrozbu pre cyklistov. U n\u00e1s <strong>na Slovensku je prilba povinn\u00e1 do veku 15 rokov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>V\u00fdrobcovia \u00e1ut menia dizajn \u00e1ut, ale vy ste ten, kto si mus\u00ed nasadi\u0165 prilbu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aby eliminovali d\u00f4sledky hav\u00e1rie medzi vozidlom a \u010dlovekom, pr\u00edstup k navrhovaniu nov\u00fdch \u00e1ut bol v posledn\u00fdch rokoch \u00faplne zrevidovan\u00fd.
