Tak ako v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina in\u00fdch miest, aj ono zaznamenalo rap\u00eddne zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd po\u010det obyvate\u013estva. Len\u017ee v pr\u00edpade Osla ide o jeden z najr\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00edch rastov spomedzi eur\u00f3pskych hlavn\u00fdch miest. Je tomu tak v\u010faka st\u00fapaj\u00facej natalite, zv\u00fd\u0161eniu o\u010dak\u00e1vanej d\u013a\u017eky \u017eivota, ako aj imigr\u00e1cii. V\u00fdsledkom toho bolo viac vozidiel na cest\u00e1ch, hor\u0161ia situ\u00e1ciu v prem\u00e1vke a n\u00e1rast zne\u010distenia sklen\u00edkov\u00fdmi plynmi.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Podstatn\u00fdm prvkom v pl\u00e1noch mesta do bud\u00facnosti je postupn\u00e9 navy\u0161ovanie po\u010dtu bicyklov, vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch tak dom\u00e1cimi, ako aj turistami. Ich snahou je <strong>zdvojn\u00e1sobi\u0165 podiel bicyklov v doprave<\/strong> na 16% do roku 2025. Od roku 2016 kv\u00f4li tomu roz\u0161irovali sie\u0165 cyklistick\u00fdch chodn\u00edkov. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v roku 2016 a 2017 mesto pon\u00fakalo podporu vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 500 a 1 000 \u20ac na n\u00e1kup elektrobicyklov a cargo-bicyklov.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5235\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5235\" style=\"width: 1250px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2018\/10\/profimedia-0305639719.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5235\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2018\/10\/profimedia-0305639719.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1250\" height=\"833\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5235\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cyklisti prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa okolo Kr\u00e1\u013eovsk\u00e9ho pal\u00e1ca, Det Kongelige Slott, Oslo. Profimedia, Alamy<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm krokom bolo odstr\u00e1nenie vy\u0161e 700 parkovac\u00edch miest, ktor\u00e9 boli nahraden\u00e9 (zatia\u013e len pokusne) verejn\u00fdmi priestranstvami ako napr\u00edklad pivn\u00fdmi z\u00e1hradami, ihriskami, lavi\u010dkami a cyklistick\u00fdmi \u201eparkoviskami\u201c. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou pl\u00e1nu je aj vybudovanie 65 km nov\u00fdch cyklistick\u00fdch jazdn\u00fdch pruhov v okol\u00ed mestsk\u00e9ho centra. Cie\u013e pl\u00e1nu do roku 2030 sa zameriava na zn\u00ed\u017eenie sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov na 95% hodn\u00f4t z roku 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Samozrejme, Oslo nie je jedin\u00fdm mestom, ktor\u00e9 vn\u00edma <strong>bicykel ako dopravn\u00fd prostriedok bud\u00facnosti<\/strong> \u010di rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mov v prem\u00e1vke, alebo zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia v mest\u00e1ch. Pod\u013ea predst\u00e1v Oddelenia pre ekonomick\u00e9 a spolo\u010densk\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti Spojen\u00fdch n\u00e1rodov, 68% svetovej popul\u00e1cie bude \u017ei\u0165 v mestsk\u00fdch oblastiach do roku 2050. V porovnan\u00ed s dne\u0161kom ide o 13% n\u00e1rast. N\u00e1sledkom toho mest\u00e1 ako Oslo, n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy a Eur\u00f3pska \u00fania pracuj\u00fa na premene mestskej prepravy, aby tak zn\u00ed\u017eili da\u0148ami za\u0165a\u017een\u00e9 dopravn\u00e9 siete, ako aj \u00farove\u0148 zne\u010distenia. N\u00e1strojom pre dosiahnutie tohto cie\u013eu m\u00e1 by\u0165 prim\u00e1rne obmedzovanie vlastn\u00edctva motorov\u00e9ho vozidla, prostredn\u00edctvom podpory alternat\u00edvnych mo\u017enost\u00ed prepravy, ak\u00fdmi je zdie\u013eanie \u00e1ut, verejn\u00e1 doprava a bicykle.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5236\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5236\" style=\"width: 950px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2018\/10\/FotorCreated-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5236\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2018\/10\/FotorCreated-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"950\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5236\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 Radbahn v Berl\u00edne<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>V decembri 2017 Berl\u00edn presadil z\u00e1kon vytvori\u0165 najmenej 100 km cyklistick\u00fdch \u201esuperdia\u013en\u00edc\u201c cez mesto. Ako doplnok, nemeck\u00e9 hlavn\u00e9 mesto vytvor\u00ed do roku 2025 a\u017e 100 000 nov\u00fdch cyklistick\u00fdch parkov\u00edsk \u2013 niektor\u00e9 z nich ako viacposchodov\u00e9 gar\u00e1\u017ee. U\u017e existuj\u00face cyklistick\u00e9 chodn\u00edky bud\u00fa od automobilov\u00fdch pruhov zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 obrubn\u00edkmi. Vo v\u00fdsledku sa berl\u00ednska sie\u0165 cyklistick\u00fdch jazdn\u00fdch pruhov nav\u00fd\u0161i na \u00farove\u0148 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00facu tretinu ul\u00edc, oproti dne\u0161n\u00fdm 18%.<\/p>\n<p>V Par\u00ed\u017ei prim\u00e1torka Anne Hidalgo navrhla ambici\u00f3zny pl\u00e1n &#8211; <strong>premeni\u0165 \u201cMesto svetiel\u201d na svetov\u00e9 cyklistick\u00e9 hlavn\u00e9 mesto<\/strong>. Viac ako polovica obyvate\u013eov d\u00e1nskeho hlavn\u00e9ho mesta jazd\u00ed na bicykli ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 do pr\u00e1ce. Je tomu tak aj v\u010faka vybudovaniu z\u00f3n v\u00fdhradne len pre chodcov, ktor\u00e9 za\u010dalo u\u017e v 60. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia. V\u00fdsledkom je ka\u017edodenne prebicyklovan\u00fdch 1,4 mili\u00f3na kilometrov po\u010das norm\u00e1lneho pracovn\u00e9ho d\u0148a. Koda\u0148 v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti disponuje vy\u0161e 375 km cyklistick\u00fdch pruhov a semaforov, sl\u00fa\u017eiacich v\u00fdhradne cyklistom.<\/p>\n<p>Mesto neot\u00e1\u013ealo a rovnako ako Berl\u00edn pracuje na roz\u0161irovan\u00ed siete cyklistick\u00fdch \u201esuperdia\u013en\u00edc\u201c, aby umo\u017enilo \u013eah\u0161\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edstup z okrajov\u00fdch perif\u00e9rii mesta. Prv\u00e1 z 28 pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch ciest bola otvoren\u00e1 v roku 2014. Nakoniec m\u00e1 t\u00e1to \u201esuperdia\u013enica\u201c pokry\u0165 okolo 500 km a ako n\u00e1sledok zn\u00ed\u017eenia po\u010dtu vozidiel na cest\u00e1ch a v uliciach Kodane, u\u0161etr\u00ed vy\u0161e 40 mil. \u20ac z verejn\u00fdch v\u00fddavkov, v d\u00f4sledku zlep\u0161enia zdravotn\u00e9ho stavu cyklistov.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoho eur\u00f3pskych miest h\u013ead\u00ed na Koda\u0148 ako vzorov\u00e9 mesto. Jeho dominantn\u00e1 cyklistick\u00e1 kult\u00fara je obrazom toho, ako by malo mesto bud\u00facnosti vyzera\u0165.
