Tie s\u00fa najviac zast\u00fapen\u00e9 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pri pohybe po cest\u00e1ch a v mest\u00e1ch. Ak\u00e9 princ\u00edpy dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pre to, aby bol ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdjazd najm\u00e4 o u\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed si jazdenia? To si povieme v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pohyb po verejn\u00fdch komunik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch je v prvom rade regulovan\u00fd z\u00e1konom, a to bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010di ide o motorov\u00e9 vozidlo, alebo o bicykel. <strong>Pravidl\u00e1 platia pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch bez rozdielu.<\/strong> Obdobne je tomu aj v pr\u00edpade pohybu v r\u00e1mci obce a po chodn\u00edkoch. Aby toho nebolo m\u00e1lo, okrem t\u00fdchto v\u00fdslovn\u00fdch a kodifikovan\u00fdch pravidiel existuj\u00fa aj ist\u00e9 komunitn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 \u010di \u201elessons learned\u201c \u2013 po slovensky povedan\u00e9: sk\u00fasenosti. Po\u010fme v\u0161ak pekne poporiadku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>1. Prav\u00e1 krajnica je univerz\u00e1lnym pravidlom<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1kon 8\/2009 Z. z. o cestnej prem\u00e1vke vymedzuje aj mo\u017enosti cyklistov. Konkr\u00e9tne hovor\u00ed o\u00a0tom, \u017ee <strong>cyklisti maj\u00fa jazdi\u0165 prim\u00e1rne po cyklistick\u00fdch chodn\u00edkoch.<\/strong> Ak ten neexistuje, potom sm\u00fa jazdi\u0165 po pravom <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">okraji <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vozovky. In\u00fdmi slovami, cyklista m\u00e1 s\u00edce na ceste rovnak\u00e9 pr\u00e1va ako auto, av\u0161ak m\u00e1 re\u0161pektova\u0165 prim\u00e1rnos\u0165 motorov\u00fdch vozidiel t\u00fdm, \u017ee im nebude br\u00e1ni\u0165 v\u00a0jazde pohybom v\u00a0strede vozovky. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160pecifick\u00fdm pre mesto a obec s\u00fa tie\u017e chodn\u00edky. Na t\u00fdch sa cyklista m\u00f4\u017ee pohybova\u0165, ale iba ak neobmedzuje chodcov. Vtedy m\u00f4\u017ee jazdi\u0165 po pravej krajnici. V na\u0161ich zemepisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00edrkach sme u\u017e odmala u\u010den\u00ed dr\u017ea\u0165 sa vpravo. Preto bu\u010fme oh\u013eadupln\u00ed a aplikujme t\u00fato znalos\u0165 aj pri bicyklovan\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Bicykel je zranite\u013enej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e auto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako sme si u\u017e uviedli, cyklista m\u00e1 pri pohybe po cestnej komunik\u00e1cii rovnak\u00e9 pr\u00e1va ako motorov\u00e9 vozidlo. Napriek tomu ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1\u0161 za\u017eil \u010di za\u017e\u00edva situ\u00e1cie, v ktor\u00fdch tieto jeho pr\u00e1va nie s\u00fa dodr\u017eiavan\u00e9 agres\u00edvnou jazdou in\u00fdch vozidiel. Tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadov je ne\u00farekom: na kri\u017eovatk\u00e1ch, pri paralelnej jazde, pri obiehan\u00ed a podobne. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nikoho tak\u00e9to poru\u0161ovanie pravidiel nepote\u0161\u00ed. Av\u0161ak d\u00e1vajte si pozor na pr\u00edli\u0161 sebavedom\u00e9 konanie. <strong>Aj ke\u010f ste v\u00a0pr\u00e1ve, ten druh\u00fd v\u00e1\u0161 \u00famysel nemus\u00ed svoj\u00edm veden\u00edm vozidla re\u0161pektova\u0165.<\/strong> Rad\u0161ej sa stiahnite na kraj alebo po\u010dkajte sekundu navy\u0161e, ne\u017e by ste sa mali dosta\u0165 do kontaktu s\u00a0nieko\u013ekotonov\u00fdm vozidlom. U\u017e spom\u00ednan\u00fd z\u00e1kon ud\u00e1va, \u017ee <strong>cyklisti sm\u00fa na vozovke jazdi\u0165 iba jednotlivo za sebou.<\/strong> M\u00e1 to svoje opodstatnenie. Viacero cyklistov id\u00facich pri sebe znemo\u017e\u0148uje obiehanie motorov\u00fdm vozidlom, resp. komplikuje ho a rob\u00ed ho nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm. Vodi\u010d nemus\u00ed dostato\u010dne vidie\u0165 pred v\u00e1s a m\u00f4\u017ee sa rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 obieha\u0165 v situ\u00e1cii, kedy je to nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Ost\u00e1va ot\u00e1zkou, resp. otvorenou diskusiou, \u010di je bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie obieha\u0165 desa\u0165 cyklistov id\u00facich za sebou, alebo dva rady p\u00e4t\u00edc&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4. Bu\u010fme oh\u013eadupln\u00ed vo\u010di aut\u00e1m<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z posledn\u00fdch riadkov m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 vodi\u010di \u00e1ut vykreslen\u00ed ako t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa agres\u00edvni a stojaci proti cyklistom. Vo ve\u013ekej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine tomu tak v\u0161ak nie je. Z vlastnej sk\u00fasenosti vieme poveda\u0165, \u017ee v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa pohyb po vozovke stal v mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch bezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00edm, aj ke\u010f hustota dopravy nekles\u00e1. <strong>Nekomplikujme vodi\u010dom ich cestovanie a\u00a0dajme im rukou sign\u00e1l, ke\u010f m\u00f4\u017eu obieha\u0165 alebo im uk\u00e1\u017eme, \u017ee ich p\u00fa\u0161\u0165ame pred seba.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rovnako im m\u00f4\u017eeme u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 \u017eivot t\u00fdm, \u017ee ich pust\u00edme pred seba, ke\u010f vieme, \u017ee o nieko\u013eko metrov n\u00e1s aj tak obehn\u00fa \u2013 najm\u00e4 v pr\u00edpade stopiek alebo semaforov. Vidie\u0165 a by\u0165 viden\u00fd<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klasick\u00e9 pr\u00edslovie hovor\u00ed o\u00a0tom, \u017ee <strong>nie je podstatn\u00e9 iba to, aby sme my ako jazdci mali preh\u013ead o\u00a0tom, \u010do je pred nami a\u00a0okolo n\u00e1s, ale s\u00fa\u010dasne a\u00a0mo\u017eno aj o\u00a0to viac, aby n\u00e1s videli aj v\u0161etci ostatn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci prem\u00e1vky.<\/strong> Dlhodob\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom, ktor\u00fd sa nane\u0161\u0165astie \u010dasto kon\u010d\u00ed aj tragick\u00fdmi z\u00e1vermi, je \u201enevidite\u013en\u00fd\u201c cyklista, ktor\u00e9ho si vodi\u010di v\u0161imn\u00fa, a\u017e ke\u010f je neskoro. V dne\u0161nej dobe a\u017e ban\u00e1lne dostupn\u00e9ho pr\u00edslu\u0161enstva nem\u00e1 zmysel riskova\u0165.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6. Kto brzd\u00ed, nevyhr\u00e1va \u2013 alebo nie \u00faplne takto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V prostred\u00ed \u0161portovo naladenej komunity je \u010dastokr\u00e1t po\u010du\u0165 nab\u00e1danie k pos\u00favaniu svojich limitov \u010di k z\u013eah\u010dovaniu n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti r\u00f4znych situ\u00e1ci\u00ed. Napriek tomu, \u017ee zdrav\u00e1 miera \u201ehecovania sa\u201c vie vhodne okoreni\u0165 nejeden v\u00fdjazd, <strong>nenechajte sa nahovori\u0165 na sp\u00f4sob jazdenia, na ktor\u00fd nie ste zvyknut\u00ed \u010di pripraven\u00ed.<\/strong> Dvojn\u00e1sobne to plat\u00ed v pr\u00edpade, ak dan\u00e9 \u00faseky \u010di miesta v\u00f4bec nepozn\u00e1te a spoliehate sa iba na in\u00fdch.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>7. Nespoliehajte sa na v\u0161adepr\u00edtomnos\u0165 sign\u00e1lu<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aj ke\u010f sme si zvykli na to, \u017ee v\u0161ade sme dostihnute\u013en\u00ed, nie je tomu \u00faplne tak. <strong>Napriek tomu, \u017ee ties\u0148ov\u00e1 linka je dostupn\u00e1 takmer odkia\u013eko\u013evek, je potrebn\u00e9 uv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 aj dostupnos\u0165 ter\u00e9nu, v\u00a0ktorom sa pohybujete.<\/strong> Sna\u017ete sa preto pl\u00e1nova\u0165 trasy s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na z\u00e1chytn\u00e9 body a\u00a0ak sa budete chcie\u0165 vyda\u0165 na skuto\u010dn\u00e9 dobrodru\u017estvo, pok\u00faste sa zlan\u00e1ri\u0165 e\u0161te niekoho, aby ste ne\u0161li iba sami. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minim\u00e1lne sa s\u00a0t\u00fdmito svojimi pl\u00e1nmi niekomu zverte, aby v\u00a0pr\u00edpade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/10\/24\/co-robit-pri-nehode-na-bicykli\/\">probl\u00e9mu<\/a> vedeli by\u0165 n\u00e1pomocn\u00ed. Aj ke\u010f kovov\u00e9 komponenty skuto\u010dne nemusia poc\u00edti\u0165 zub \u010dasu, u\u00a0gumen\u00fdch a\u00a0plastov\u00fdch tomu tak nie je. Do tejto kateg\u00f3rie patria napr. brzdov\u00e9 gumi\u010dky \u010di pl\u00e1\u0161te. Pr\u00e1ve ony s\u00fa na jednej strane zodpovedn\u00e9 za v\u010dasn\u00e9 zastavenie, resp. zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa styk bicykla s\u00a0vozovkou. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guma \u010dasom tvrdne, \u010d\u00edm sa st\u00e1va pre obe spomenut\u00e9 funkcie menej efekt\u00edvna, resp. aj nefunk\u010dn\u00e1. <strong>Preto sa neria\u010fte iba t\u00fdm, \u017ee na bicykli \u010dasto nejazd\u00edte, ale overte si \u017eivotnos\u0165 v\u017edy po ur\u010ditej dobe,<\/strong> napr. raz za pol roka alebo aj sk\u00f4r.
