Plynule a bez v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9mov strieda horsk\u00fd \u010di cestn\u00fd bicykel a jej \u00faspechy hovoria za v\u0161etko. Tento rok dosiahla napr. 2. miesto na Sere\u010fmarat\u00f3ne a skvel\u00e9 1. miesto na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/08\/14\/reportaz-skoda-horal-mtb-maraton-vrchol-letnej-sezony\/\">\u0160koda Horal MTB marat\u00f3ne<\/a> na trati Krejzi (120 km). Porozpr\u00e1vali sme sa o tr\u00e9ningoch, jazde v bal\u00edku, ale aj o jednom kuri\u00f3znom zranen\u00ed.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><b>\u010co bol ten impulz, ktor\u00fd \u0165a naplno priviedol k cyklistke?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bicykle sa mi p\u00e1\u010dili odjak\u017eiva, ale u n\u00e1s v rodine nebolo be\u017en\u00e9, aby dospel\u00ed bicyklovali. Bicykel sa ch\u00e1pal len ako dopravn\u00fd prostriedok. Vlastn\u00fd bicykel som preto dlho nemala. V\u00fdnimkou bol ujo, ktor\u00fd ma zobral na m\u00f4j <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/06\/07\/ako-sa-pripravit-na-mtb-maraton\/\">prv\u00fd MTB marat\u00f3n<\/a>. Ve\u013emi sa mi to p\u00e1\u010dilo. Ke\u010f som sa kone\u010dne odhodlala k\u00fapi\u0165 si vlastn\u00fd bicykel, nemala som odpove\u010f ani na z\u00e1kladn\u00fa ot\u00e1zku: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kde na tom bicykli chce\u0161 jazdi\u0165?\u201c. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u017e som takmer k\u00fapila BMX z baz\u00e1ru, ale na\u0161\u0165astie mi kamar\u00e1t pon\u00fakol na predaj svoj enduro bicykel. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee toto bol ten zlomov\u00fd moment. Dostala som sa do partie \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa v bicykloch vyznali a jazdili pre rados\u0165. Nau\u010dila som sa jazdi\u0165 v ter\u00e9ne, chodievali sme spolu na cyklodovolenky, napr\u00edklad do Saalbachu a na Rychlebsk\u00e9 stezky.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>V cyklistike m\u00e1\u0161 rada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/08\/26\/ako-prekonat-strach-a-vyskusat-novu-cyklisticku-disciplinu\/\">pestros\u0165 discipl\u00edn<\/a>. Ktor\u00e9 v\u0161etky rob\u00ed\u0161?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To asi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, \u010di sa na to pozer\u00e1me ako na s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00e9 discipl\u00edny alebo ako na nie\u010do, \u010do si rada zajazd\u00edm len tak pre rados\u0165. Pokia\u013e ide len o z\u00e1bavu, nerob\u00edm rozdiely. Cestn\u00fd s kamar\u00e1tmi, horsk\u00e9 XC, endurko v Rychlebsk\u00fdch Stezk\u00e1ch, pumptrack na kondi\u010dku&#8230; Keby bola tak\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165, vyu\u017eila by som aj \u010dasovk\u00e1rsky \u0161peci\u00e1l a touring s bra\u0161nami. Ak to m\u00e1 dve koles\u00e1, ho\u010fte to po mne! Teda sk\u00fa\u0161ala som aj jednokolku, ale to je pre m\u0148a slep\u00e1 uli\u010dka.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boli \u010dasy, ke\u010f som mala v byte aj 5 bicyklov a bolo mi m\u00e1lo&#8230; Nie je bohu\u017eia\u013e re\u00e1lne plnohodnotne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 a popritom chodi\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce a ma\u0165 aj in\u00fd \u017eivot. Tak\u017ee postupne som tento po\u010det redukovala\u00a0 a optimalizovala, a\u017e som sa dostala k \u010d\u00edslu tri: cestn\u00fd bicykel, full s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi zdvihmi ur\u010den\u00fd na MTB marat\u00f3ny a samozrejme star\u0161\u00ed bike, o ktor\u00fd sa nemus\u00edm pr\u00edli\u0161 strachova\u0165 ako commuter.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pretek\u00e1m na ceste a na MTB. To mi mus\u00ed nateraz sta\u010di\u0165. Absolvovala som aj p\u00e1r enduro pretekov, ale u\u017e som z toho vyr\u00e1stla.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Jazd\u00ed\u0161 cestn\u00fa cyklistiku aj MTB. Nerob\u00ed ti probl\u00e9m prep\u00edna\u0165 medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma svetmi?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f4bec nie. Naopak, ve\u013emi dobre sa to dop\u013a\u0148a a odpor\u00fa\u010dam ka\u017ed\u00e9mu cestn\u00e9mu cyklistovi, ak m\u00e1 tak\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165, aby jazdil aj MTB. Ktor\u00fd v\u00fdsledok je pod\u013ea teba \u00faspech a ktor\u00fd ne\u00faspech?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okam\u017eit\u00e1 reakcia v cieli bola rados\u0165 z druh\u00e9ho miesta a sklamanie z piateho, ale \u010dasom sa pocit sklamania dostavil pr\u00e1ve pri tom MTB marat\u00f3ne. Spravila som vtedy technick\u00fa chybu a do\u0161la som s ve\u013ekou a zbyto\u010dnou stratou. Naopak, svoj v\u00fdkon na Gran Fondo som zobrala na milos\u0165. S pr\u00edpravou, ak\u00fa som vtedy mala, nebola \u0161anca udr\u017ea\u0165 tempo v kopcoch s t\u00fdmi najlep\u0161\u00edmi. Vedela som to u\u017e pred \u0161tartom, mali to by\u0165 tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 preteky, ale \u010dlovek v\u017ed\u00fd d\u00fafa, \u017ee mo\u017eno predsa len motyka vystrel\u00ed&#8230;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V cestnej cyklistike to nie je len o kondi\u010dke. Vstupuje tu do hry ve\u013ea faktorov a teda aj mo\u017enost\u00ed, kde urobi\u0165 chybu \u010di, naopak, z\u00edska\u0165 ne\u010dakan\u00fa v\u00fdhodu. MTB je v tomto ove\u013ea f\u00e9rovej\u0161\u00ed \u0161port. Jazdec sa mus\u00ed spolieha\u0165 len na svoje vlastn\u00e9 sily.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja sa ne\u00faspechmi prive\u013emi neza\u0165a\u017eujem, ale v\u017edy svoj v\u00fdkon po pretekoch zanalyzujem, aby som si z toho zobrala ponau\u010denie. Najviac zamrz\u00ed, ke\u010f vid\u00edte, ako sa in\u00ed zlep\u0161uj\u00fa a vy stagnujete. Vtedy si treba polo\u017ei\u0165 ot\u00e1zku, \u010do robia inak a \u010di sme ochotn\u00ed obetova\u0165 tomu zlep\u0161eniu rovnako ve\u013ea ako oni.\u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak nie, tak potom je v poriadku, \u017ee v\u00e1s predbehli. Zasl\u00fa\u017eia si to. Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee by ste si tie preteky nemali u\u017ei\u0165. Na tejto \u00farovni to v\u0161etci rob\u00edme pre seba, nikomu ni\u010d nedl\u017e\u00edme, nikto n\u00e1s za v\u00fdkon neplat\u00ed. Treba sa pou\u010di\u0165 z ch\u00fdb, stanovi\u0165 si re\u00e1lne ciele a nestara\u0165 sa o to, \u010do si myslia ostatn\u00ed.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Venuje\u0161 sa aj in\u00fdm \u0161portom?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako sa to vezme. Predt\u00fdm, ne\u017e ma cyklistika naplno pohltila, bolo ove\u013ea jednoduch\u0161ie n\u00e1js\u0165 si \u010das na in\u00e9 aktivity, ale teraz u\u017e ostatn\u00e9 \u0161porty naz\u00fdvam jednotn\u00fdm hanliv\u00fdm v\u00fdrazom \u201ekompenza\u010dn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia\u201c. V zime si idem ob\u010das zabeha\u0165. M\u00e1m aj pravideln\u00e9 kondi\u010dn\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningy v posil\u0148ovni. M\u00e1m ve\u013emi rada kor\u010dule \u2013 inline aj dvojradov\u00e9. Opr\u00e1\u0161im ich tak 2- \u010di 3-kr\u00e1t za sez\u00f3nu. Medzi pretekmi by bolo kontraprodukt\u00edvne privodi\u0165 si svalovicu na kor\u010duliach.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>V sez\u00f3ne 2024 si okrem jedn\u00e9ho kola odjazdila cel\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/11\/04\/skoda-bike-open-tour-2024-opat-nezabudnutelna-seria-so-skvelymi-vykonmi\/\">\u0160koda Bike Open Tour<\/a>. Ako sp\u00e4tne vn\u00edma\u0161 t\u00fato s\u00e9riu?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bol to pre m\u0148a tak\u00fd n\u00e1vrat k MTB. Aj v\u010faka mo\u017enosti odjazdi\u0165 t\u00fato s\u00e9riu som sa odhodlala k\u00fapi\u0165 si nov\u00fd bicykel (s\u00e9riu som za\u010dala na svojom starom a nesk\u00f4r na priate\u013eovom, ktor\u00fd nebol celkom ide\u00e1lny). Celkovo sa mi p\u00e1\u010dila t\u00e1 r\u00f4znorodos\u0165. T\u00fdm, \u017ee sa preteky konaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych k\u00fatoch Slovenska, aj povrch a podmienky s\u00fa zaka\u017ed\u00fdm in\u00e9.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ak\u00e9 pocity pre\u017e\u00edva\u0161 pred pretekmi? Je tam nap\u00e4tie, adrenal\u00edn, alebo si v pohode a ide\u0161 si to u\u017ei\u0165?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asi v\u0161etko dokopy. Bez toho adrenal\u00ednu by to nebolo ono. Sna\u017e\u00edm sa ale dr\u017ea\u0165 svoju pred\u0161tartovn\u00fa nervozitu pod kontrolou. Niekedy to ide lep\u0161ie, niekedy hor\u0161ie. S\u00fa preteky, kde viem, \u017ee budem trpie\u0165 od za\u010diatku do konca a ned\u00e1 sa poveda\u0165, \u017ee by som si ich i\u0161la vyslovene u\u017e\u00edva\u0165, ale to s\u00fa obvykle krat\u0161ie trate, \u010dasovky do kopca a podobne. \u010castokr\u00e1t pr\u00e1ve MTB preteky patria k t\u00fdm, na ktor\u00e9 sa vyslovene te\u0161\u00edm u\u017e na \u0161tarte. Naopak, najviac stresu za\u017e\u00edvam pred cestn\u00fdmi pretekmi s hromadn\u00fdm \u0161tartom. M\u00e1m nejak\u00fa te\u00f3riu o tom, ako p\u00f4jdem, ale potom sa u\u017e \u010dastokr\u00e1t riadim sk\u00f4r intu\u00edciou a prisp\u00f4sobujem sa tomu, ako sa zrovna c\u00edtim. E\u0161te m\u00e1m \u010do vylep\u0161ova\u0165 v tomto smere. O stravovan\u00ed mimo pretekov a tr\u00e9ningov rad\u0161ej poml\u010d\u00edm, asi by som ne\u0161la dobr\u00fdm pr\u00edkladom.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>M\u00e1\u0161 nejak\u00e9 \u0161portov\u00e9 vzory? To bol pre m\u0148a siln\u00fd moment, dovtedy som mala pocit, akoby prizna\u0165 nie\u010do podobn\u00e9 bolo tabu. Navy\u0161e v \u0161porte, kde \u017eeny neust\u00e1le musia obhajova\u0165 svoje miesto. Najm\u00e4 pri cestn\u00fdch pretekoch je to pozna\u0165. V t\u00edme u\u017e sa daj\u00fa uplat\u0148ova\u0165 aj strat\u00e9gie, vieme si navz\u00e1jom pom\u00f4c\u0165. Mimo pretekov to potom s\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/05\/17\/serial-ako-sa-stat-cyklistom-14-cyklistika-v-dobrej-spolocnosti\/\">tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 jazdy<\/a> \u2013 ak sa chcete zlep\u0161ova\u0165, je dobr\u00e9 obklopi\u0165 sa t\u00fdmi najlep\u0161\u00edmi. Nie je to len ka\u017ed\u00fd tret\u00ed v\u00edkend v mesiaci, ale ak som chcela pokra\u010dova\u0165 v \u0161trukt\u00farovanom tr\u00e9ningu, u\u017e som nemohla jazdi\u0165 s kamar\u00e1tmi, je toti\u017e ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 zladi\u0165 svoj individu\u00e1lny tr\u00e9ning s t\u00fdm, ako ide partia. Od tr\u00e9ningov som teda upustila, ale sna\u017e\u00edm sa aspo\u0148 strieda\u0165 intenz\u00edvne a \u013eahk\u00e9 dni. Formu lad\u00edm obvykle len t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 pred pretekmi.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Chod\u00ed\u0161 tr\u00e9nova\u0165 a jazdi\u0165 aj do zahrani\u010dia?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c1no. \u00cds\u0165 na jar niekam do tepla, kde u\u017e sa d\u00e1 jazdi\u0165 v kr\u00e1tkych bibsoch, je na nezaplatenie. Na jese\u0148 to je zas tak\u00e1 pr\u00edjemn\u00e1 bodka za sez\u00f3nou. Ak sa podar\u00ed, tak aj letn\u00fa dovolenku tr\u00e1vim niekde v kopcoch na cestnom bicykli. Je to najlep\u0161ia kondi\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava a relax z\u00e1rove\u0148. Najrad\u0161ej m\u00e1m Slovinsko a Malorku. Kr\u00e1sne boli aj Dolomity, ale na Malorke je ove\u013ea men\u0161ia pravdepodobnos\u0165, \u017ee v\u00e1m po\u010das cyklodovolenky nasne\u017e\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ak\u00e1 je tvoja zimn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zimu za\u010d\u00ednam t\u00fdm, \u017ee si najprv odd\u00fdchnem od bicykla. N\u00e1jdem si v\u017edy nejak\u00e9 hobby. Minul\u00fd rok to bolo kreslenie, teraz ma chytili kr\u00ed\u017eovky. Po novom roku u\u017e za\u010dneme seri\u00f3zne pracova\u0165 v telocvi\u010dni dvakr\u00e1t do t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a. Dv\u00edhanie \u010diniek a tak podobne. M\u00e1m aj <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/sk\/2024\/11\/15\/serial-ako-sa-stat-cyklistom-19-neprestante-trenovat-ani-v-zime\/\">trena\u017e\u00e9r<\/a>, ale \u00faprimne a z cel\u00e9ho srdca ho nen\u00e1vid\u00edm. Nepozn\u00e1m v\u00e4\u0161\u010diu nudu ne\u017e to\u010di\u0165 k\u013eukami napr\u00e1zdno v ob\u00fdva\u010dke. Je to ale v\u00fdborn\u00fd pomocn\u00edk na tr\u00e9ning pod\u013ea v\u00fdkonnostn\u00fdch z\u00f3n a aj hodinka ve\u010der po pr\u00e1ci sa na prv\u00fdch jarn\u00fdch pretekoch uk\u00e1\u017ee. Najprv som chcela by\u0165 rozumn\u00e1 a uspokoji\u0165 sa so zlatou strednou cestou, potom som u\u017e bola aj m\u00e1rniv\u00e1, ale skon\u010dila som s prilbou, ktor\u00e1 s\u00edce dobre vyzer\u00e1, ale celkom mi nesadla. Po s\u00e9rii neide\u00e1lnych n\u00e1kupov som si povedala, \u017ee lacnej\u0161ie je investova\u0165 do kvality hne\u010f od za\u010diatku. Teraz m\u00e1m POC Ventral AIR a zatia\u013e som spokojn\u00e1. Kone\u010dne m\u00e1m kam str\u010di\u0165 okuliare, je \u013eahk\u00e1 a aj vyzer\u00e1 dobre. V bezpe\u010dnosti nerob\u00edm kompromisy, aj po tejto str\u00e1nke je to topka. Od POC m\u00e1m aj chr\u00e1ni\u010de na kolen\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e1\u010di sa mi tie\u017e MAAP, ktor\u00ed prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa trendy v dizajne dresov. Vn\u00edmam aj to, ke\u010f sa zna\u010dka sna\u017e\u00ed budova\u0165 komunitu a robi\u0165 nie\u010do navy\u0161e. Ke\u010f raz budem ve\u013ek\u00e1, chcela by som ma\u0165 bicykel od TIME. Ich karb\u00f3nov\u00e9 r\u00e1my s\u00fa povestn\u00e9 kvalitou a vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa ich tu na Slovensku.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ak\u00e9 najkuri\u00f3znej\u0161ie zranenie si prekonala?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asi to, ke\u010f som sa pri le\u017e\u00e9rnom presune cez mesto na enduro bicykli vysypala na n\u00e1bre\u017e\u00ed. Nev\u0161imla som si pod napadan\u00fdm l\u00edst\u00edm obrubn\u00edk. \u010clovek jazd\u00ed v bikeparku bez nehody a potom sa dokali\u010d\u00ed na rovnej ceste medzi de\u0165mi na odr\u00e1\u017eadl\u00e1ch. Na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead sa ni\u010d nestalo, len ma tak jemne \u0161myklo na bok. Ale dva mesiace som mala opuchnut\u00fd \u010dlenok ako bal\u00f3n a nemohla som jazdi\u0165. Nie je to jedin\u00fd \u201emestsk\u00fd\u201c p\u00e1d, ktor\u00fd sa mi stal.
