Energetick\u00fd deficit je pre telo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd a \u0161portov\u00e1 veda ukazuje, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene negat\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky na zdravie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eVieme, \u017ee fenom\u00e9n nedostato\u010dnej konzum\u00e1cie jedla je spojen\u00fd s mnoh\u00fdmi vecami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa zdraviu \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u2013 vr\u00e1tane vynechania men\u0161tru\u00e1cie, naru\u0161en\u00e9ho zdravia kost\u00ed a zmien metabolizmu. Ale st\u00e1le je ve\u013ea vec\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 nevieme. Niektor\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky sme preto sk\u00famali bli\u017e\u0161ie,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> povedal Jan Sommer Jeppesen, hlavn\u00fd autor ned\u00e1vnej \u0161t\u00fadie z roku 2024 z Koda\u0148skej univerzity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Oslabenie imunitn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vedci v tejto \u0161t\u00fadii sk\u00famali \u00fa\u010dinky obmedzenia pr\u00edjmu energie na imunitu \u0161portovcov. Do v\u00fdskumu sa zapojilo 12 triatlonistiek, ktor\u00e9 absolvovali 14 dn\u00ed norm\u00e1lneho energetick\u00e9ho pr\u00edjmu, po ktor\u00fdch nasledovalo 14 dn\u00ed, ke\u010f jedli len 50 % svojej energetickej potreby. Po\u010das t\u00fdchto sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov sa dr\u017eali svojho intenz\u00edvneho tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu a podst\u00fapili testovanie na pos\u00fadenie ich v\u00fdkonnosti a imunitn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. <strong>V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zali znaky oslabenej imunity.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eOkrem in\u00e9ho sme videli, \u017ee nedostato\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem energie bol spojen\u00fd so zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm syst\u00e9mov\u00fdm stresom. \u0160portovkyne mali ve\u013ek\u00fd n\u00e1rast stresov\u00e9ho horm\u00f3nu \u2013 kortizolu a dramaticky zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa hladinu stresu v imunitn\u00fdch bunk\u00e1ch. Pravdepodobne naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom sp\u00f4soben\u00fdm energetick\u00fdm deficitom pri \u0161porte je zl\u00e9 zdravie kost\u00ed. <strong>Nedostato\u010dn\u00e1 dostupnos\u0165 energie zni\u017euje tvorbu kost\u00ed, \u010do z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska zvy\u0161uje riziko osteopor\u00f3zy a z kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska riziko stresov\u00fdch zlomen\u00edn, najm\u00e4 u vytrvalostn\u00fdch \u0161portovcov, ktor\u00ed sa venuj\u00fa high-impact \u0161portom.<\/strong> O zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed sa diskutuje najm\u00e4 v \u017eensk\u00fdch \u0161portoch v r\u00e1mci relat\u00edvnej energetickej nedostato\u010dnosti v \u0161porte (relative energy deficiency \u2013 RED).
