Prvotnou motiv\u00e1ciou je pre m\u0148a prekona\u0165 s\u00e1m seba a svoj \u201eminuloro\u010dn\u00fd\u201c v\u00fdkon alebo umiestnenie.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Motivova\u0165 sa do tr\u00e9ningu<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V tr\u00e9ningu sa sna\u017e\u00edm by\u0165 perfekcionista a <strong>v\u017edy som sa riadil presved\u010den\u00edm, \u017ee tr\u00e9ning je alfou aj omegou pretekania.<\/strong> Toto presved\u010denie samotn\u00e9 je pre m\u0148a siln\u00fdm hnac\u00edm motorom. Ak sa c\u00edtim v tr\u00e9ningu zle, alebo sa mi v\u00f4bec nechce tr\u00e9nova\u0165, je to v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou n\u00e1znak pretr\u00e9novania a d\u00e1m si vo\u013eno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ke\u010f sa naopak c\u00edtim v tr\u00e9ningu super a chyt\u00edm takzvan\u00fa superkompenz\u00e1ciu, \u010d\u00edsla s\u00fa super a c\u00edtim sa dobre, je to znak, \u017ee som niektor\u00e9 veci v tr\u00e9ningu urobil spr\u00e1vne. <strong>V tak\u00e9to dni sa sna\u017e\u00edm sp\u00edsa\u0165 si do pozn\u00e1mok \u010do najviac detailov z tr\u00e9ningu, regener\u00e1cie a dokonca aj pozn\u00e1mky k strave, ak\u00fa som mal pred tr\u00e9ningom.<\/strong> Tieto pozn\u00e1mky vyu\u017e\u00edvam v \u010fal\u0161\u00edch tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdch cykloch, ke\u010f sa chcem znova dosta\u0165 do super formy. Hoci ma tento pr\u00edstup dok\u00e1\u017ee motivova\u0165 do tr\u00e9ningu aj v dni, kedy na tr\u00e9ning nie s\u00fa ide\u00e1lne podmienky, m\u00e1 aj svoju odvr\u00e1ten\u00fa tv\u00e1r. <strong>Ak m\u00e1m zl\u00fd tr\u00e9ning, kedy nedok\u00e1\u017eem udr\u017ea\u0165 v\u00fdkon, alebo sa mi nejazd\u00ed dobre, alebo ak nem\u00e1m \u010das odjazdi\u0165 to\u013eko, ko\u013eko potrebujem, tak si pred pretekmi a\u017e tak never\u00edm.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ke\u010f mi tr\u00e9ning nejde, alebo m\u00e1m zle \u010d\u00edsla, tak sa sna\u017e\u00edm \u010do najsk\u00f4r na dan\u00fd de\u0148 zabudn\u00fa\u0165 a s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed tr\u00e9ning. Zbyto\u010dne ho neanalyzujem a s\u00fastred\u00edm sa na regener\u00e1ciu. Ak sa stane, \u017ee zl\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningy a \u010d\u00edsla opakujem viackr\u00e1t po sebe, \u017ee telo nereaguje na tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 stimuly tak, ako by malo, sna\u017e\u00edm sa pr\u00eds\u0165 na pr\u00ed\u010dinu.
