Jazdci na ceste dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa ove\u013ea menej \u201e\u00faderov\u201c od ter\u00e9nu, ktor\u00e9 musia spracova\u0165 a hlavne v profipelot\u00f3ne sa okrem tr\u00e9ningov v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou le\u017e\u00ed alebo sed\u00ed pre maximaliz\u00e1ciu regener\u00e1cie \u2013 be\u017en\u00fd \u010dlovek predsa len mus\u00ed chodi\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce a m\u00e1 in\u00e9 povinnosti. Aj ke\u010f nie ste \u201eprof\u00edk\u201c, ale tr\u00e1vite v sedle ve\u013ea \u010dasu, rovnako by ste nemali t\u00fato situ\u00e1ciu podce\u0148ova\u0165.<\/p>\n\n<p>Je mnoho sp\u00f4sobov, ako zlep\u0161i\u0165 hustotu kost\u00ed a netreba robi\u0165 \u017eiadne drastick\u00e9 zmeny v tr\u00e9ningu.
