Ka\u017ed\u00fd vie, kto je l\u00edder ak\u00e9ho t\u00edmu a\u00a0koho v\u00a0pr\u00edpade zr\u00fdchlenia okam\u017eite st\u00edha\u0165. Ako sa ale zachova\u0165, ak nast\u00fapi niekto, koho nepozn\u00e1m? Predsa len je to dlh\u0161ia trasa a\u00a0v\u00a0pelot\u00f3ne si viete odd\u00fdchnu\u0165 a\u00a0lep\u0161ie dr\u017ea\u0165 rytmus.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><b>Presu\u0148me sa k\u00a0strave. O \u201ehla\u010f\u00e1ku\u201c u\u017e v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina cyklistov ur\u010dite minim\u00e1lne po\u010dula, ak ho aj neza\u017eila na vlastnej ko\u017ei. \u010co b\u00fdva jeho hlavnou pr\u00ed\u010dinou?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00ed\u010dinou je, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edname organizmus z\u00e1sobova\u0165 energiou pr\u00edli\u0161 neskoro. Mo\u017eno ste u\u017e po\u010duli, \u017ee ak poc\u00edtite sm\u00e4d, resp. hlad, tak u\u017e je neskoro na doplnenie \u017eiv\u00edn. Ide\u00e1lne je dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165 \u017eiviny u\u017e na konci prvej hodiny. Je dobr\u00e9 si sledova\u0165 srdcov\u00fa frekvenciu, watty a\u00a0podobne.
