Dozvedeli sme sa aj o nieko\u013ek\u00fdch zauj\u00edmav\u00fdch cyklopodujatiach, ktor\u00e9 organizuj\u00fa. V druhej \u010dasti rozhovoru sa pozrieme na samotn\u00e9 zna\u010denie, ako \u010dasto ho treba obnovova\u0165 a aj na to, ako vyzer\u00e1 jeden de\u0148 v \u017eivote zna\u010dk\u00e1ra. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Spravujete viac ako 11 000 kilometrov cykloturistick\u00fdch tr\u00e1s, to je obrovsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo. D\u00e1 sa to zvl\u00e1da\u0165?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Zvl\u00e1da\u0165 sa to d\u00e1, i ke\u010f to st\u00e1le nie je pod\u013ea na\u0161ich predst\u00e1v. Optimum je, ke\u010f sa ka\u017ed\u00e1 trasa podar\u00ed obnovi\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e9 3 &#8211; 4 roky. Pri tom po\u010dte kilometrov to vych\u00e1dza na cca 3 000 km ro\u010dne, \u010do je re\u00e1lne \u010d\u00edslo. Probl\u00e9mom je komplikovan\u00e9 financovanie a \u0165a\u017ekop\u00e1dne zh\u00e1\u0148anie finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov ka\u017ed\u00fd rok. \u0160t\u00e1tna dot\u00e1cia pokryje iba \u010das\u0165 a zvy\u0161ok je potrebn\u00e9 kombinova\u0165 z in\u00fdch zdrojov.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Zh\u00e1\u0148anie finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov je \u010dasovo a person\u00e1lne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a de facto ka\u017ed\u00fd rok nevieme presne pl\u00e1nova\u0165 a ideme tak z roka na rok. Ned\u00e1 sa teda dobre pl\u00e1nova\u0165, modernizova\u0165 a mnoho vec\u00ed sa rob\u00ed ad hoc. Do toho vstupuj\u00fa v slovenskom prostred\u00ed \u010dast\u00e9 zmeny na ministerstv\u00e1ch, person\u00e1lne v\u00fdmeny \u010di fluktu\u00e1cia \u00faradn\u00edkov. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A tak sa st\u00e1va, \u017ee mus\u00edme rok \u010do rok znova a znova vysvet\u013eova\u0165 potrebu obnovy zna\u010denia. Z toho vypl\u00fdva aj \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie pl\u00e1novanie, person\u00e1lne \u010di technick\u00e9 zabezpe\u010denie. V tomto momente nevieme, \u010di budeme ma\u0165 bud\u00faci rok dostatok finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov na zamestnancov, n\u00e1jmy \u010di r\u00e9\u017eiu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako \u010dasto treba zna\u010denie obnovova\u0165 pr\u00edpadne dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Ide\u00e1lna obnova by sa mala robi\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e9 3 &#8211; 4 roky s t\u00fdm, \u017ee sa to t\u00fdka najm\u00e4 ma\u013eovan\u00e9ho zna\u010denia, tzv. \u201ec\u00e9\u010dok\u201c. Smerovn\u00edky a tabu\u013eky sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou menia iba ke\u010f s\u00fa zni\u010den\u00e9. Re\u00e1lne v ter\u00e9ne vydr\u017eia 10 a viac rokov, av\u0161ak st\u00e1lym probl\u00e9m na Slovensku je vandalizmus. Ro\u010dne vymen\u00edme stovky zni\u010den\u00fdch, zlomen\u00fdch \u010di odtrhnut\u00fdch prvkov zna\u010denia. Zna\u010denie cykloturistick\u00fdch tr\u00e1s je \u0161pecifick\u00e9, i ke\u010f sa ned\u00e1 poveda\u0165, \u017ee sa jedn\u00e1 o n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fa poz\u00edciu, ale treba ovl\u00e1da\u0165 STN, absolvova\u0165 \u0161kolenie, ale i tak je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia prax. Ide\u00e1lne je, ke\u010f u\u017e z\u00e1ujemca o kurz zna\u010dk\u00e1ra funguje ako pomocn\u00fd zna\u010dk\u00e1r v spolupr\u00e1ci so sk\u00fasen\u00fdm zna\u010dk\u00e1rom v ter\u00e9ne. Takisto z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, \u010di sa chce zna\u010dk\u00e1r venova\u0165 iba fyzick\u00e9mu zna\u010deniu v ter\u00e9ne alebo chce rie\u0161i\u0165 cykloturistick\u00e9 zna\u010denie od A po Z. To znamen\u00e1 od rekognosk\u00e1cie, cez spracovanie dokument\u00e1ci\u00ed, m\u00e1p, povo\u013eovac\u00edch konan\u00ed a\u017e po realiz\u00e1ciu. Obozn\u00e1mia sa so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi prvkami cykloturistick\u00e9ho zna\u010denia, nau\u010dia sa ich poradie pod\u013ea d\u00f4le\u017eitosti na st\u013apikoch a tie\u017e sa obozn\u00e1mia so \u0161abl\u00f3nami, pod\u013ea ktor\u00fdch sa ma\u013euj\u00fa typick\u00e9 \u201eC-\u00e9\u010dka\u201c v ter\u00e9ne.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>V druh\u00fd de\u0148 sa spolu s bud\u00facimi zna\u010dk\u00e1rmi poberieme do ter\u00e9nu, kde sa im n\u00e1zorne uk\u00e1\u017ee os\u00e1dzanie cyklosmerovn\u00edkov, mont\u00e1\u017e cykloturistick\u00fdch prvkov a vysk\u00fa\u0161aj\u00fa si ma\u013eovan\u00e9 zna\u010denie. V poobedn\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch si potom nap\u00ed\u0161u z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00fd test, ktor\u00fd pred nimi hne\u010f i vyhodnot\u00edme. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd zna\u010dk\u00e1r z\u00edska svoje \u010d\u00edslo zna\u010dk\u00e1ra a zna\u010dk\u00e1rsky preukaz, ktor\u00fd je platn\u00fd na 5 rokov. Niekto si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee ve\u010f to je iba vyma\u013eovanie alebo osadenie prvkov, av\u0161ak stoj\u00ed za t\u00fdm omnoho viac \u00fasilia. Niektor\u00e9 z krokov tvorby novej cykloturistickej trasy sme u\u017e vymenovali. M\u00f4\u017eeme cel\u00fd proces v kr\u00e1tkosti zhrn\u00fa\u0165 do 7 bodov:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em><strong>V\u00edzia, my\u0161lienka<\/strong> \u2013 prv\u00fd a najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed krok je n\u00e1pad, my\u0161lienka a v\u00edzia, \u010do chceme novou trasou spr\u00edstupni\u0165 cyklistom, kadia\u013e by mala vies\u0165, \u010di je bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a v plnej d\u013a\u017eke zjazdn\u00e1.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Rekognosk\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 alebo laicky povedan\u00e9 zmapovanie novej trasy. Proces rekognosk\u00e1cie trasy zachyt\u00e1va fyzick\u00e9 prejdenie vytypovanej bud\u00facej cykloturistickej trasy, pri\u010dom sa zoh\u013ead\u0148uje zjazdnos\u0165, bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 trasy, jej kult\u00farno-pozn\u00e1vac\u00ed potenci\u00e1l, zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00fa sa z\u00e1ujmy ochrany pr\u00edrody, vlastn\u00edckych a n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov. Tvor\u00ed sa fotodokument\u00e1cia trasy a ur\u010duj\u00fa sa miesta, kde bude v bud\u00facnosti osaden\u00e1 cykloturistick\u00e1 infra\u0161trukt\u00fara (cyklosmerovn\u00edky).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Tvorba zjednodu\u0161enej dokument\u00e1cie<\/strong> \u2013 ke\u010f u\u017e absolvujeme predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face dva body, je potreba v\u0161etky zisten\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie zosumarizova\u0165 do dokument\u00e1cie, kde u\u017e trase pride\u013eujeme farebnos\u0165, n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 a n\u00e1zov. Cel\u00e9 to \u010falej sl\u00fa\u017ei ako podklad k povo\u013eovaciemu konaniu a teda k legaliz\u00e1cii trasy.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Legaliz\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 proces legaliz\u00e1cie je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm krokom, kde sa oslovuj\u00fa v\u0161etci vlastn\u00edci na trase, obce, mest\u00e1, pr\u00edpadne i \u00darad \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, CHKO a pod. s t\u00fdm, \u010di s\u00fahlasia s vyzna\u010den\u00edm novej trasy, pr\u00edpadne s umiestnen\u00edm cykloturistickej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary. A\u017e po z\u00edskan\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch s\u00fahlasn\u00fdch stanov\u00edsk sa novej cykloturistickej trase pridel\u00ed eviden\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo a m\u00f4\u017ee sa vyzna\u010di\u0165 v ter\u00e9ne.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Vyzna\u010denie trasy v ter\u00e9ne<\/strong> \u2013 vyma\u013eovan\u00edm \u201eC\u201c, vyroben\u00edm a osaden\u00edm potrebnej cykloturistickej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby trasu vyzna\u010doval vy\u0161kolen\u00fd zna\u010dk\u00e1r v zmysle STN 01 8028.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Zabezpe\u010denie \u00fadr\u017eby zna\u010denia na trase<\/strong> &#8211; proces tvorby cykloturistickej trasy nekon\u010d\u00ed jej vyzna\u010den\u00edm. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 myslie\u0165 na to, \u017ee je potrebn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 i jej obnovu v bud\u00facnosti. Ma\u013eovan\u00e9 zna\u010denie v intervale 3 &#8211; 4 rokov, ostatn\u00e9 prvky pod\u013ea ich po\u0161kodenia.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Posledn\u00fdm bodom je <strong>marketing, informovanos\u0165, spolupr\u00e1ca<\/strong>. Ak trasa vedie nejak\u00fdm chr\u00e1nen\u00fdm \u00fazem\u00edm, je proces zlo\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed a \u010dasovo n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je tomu napr\u00edklad u tr\u00e1s, ktor\u00e9 prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa extravil\u00e1nom obc\u00ed. Slovensko vtedy zastupovala \u010cR, ktor\u00e1 \u017eia\u013e v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu tr\u00e1s stiahla na svoje \u00fazemie. A\u017e vstupom SCK do ECF sa podarilo dosta\u0165 na Slovensko aspo\u0148 trasy EuroVelo 6, 11 a 13. I ke\u010f trasy 6 a 13 op\u00e4\u0165 id\u00fa len po hranici.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Jedinou vn\u00fatrozemskou medzin\u00e1rodnou trasou, ktor\u00e1 Slovenskom prech\u00e1dza teda zost\u00e1va EuroVelo 11. Spolupr\u00e1ca s in\u00fdmi krajinami je r\u00f4zna. Cyklistick\u00e1 legislat\u00edva nie je na eur\u00f3pskej \u00farovni jednotn\u00e1 a ani zna\u010denie nie je jednotn\u00e9 ako napr\u00edklad dopravn\u00e9 zna\u010denie. Slovensk\u00fd cykloklub je koordin\u00e1torom t\u00fdchto tr\u00e1s na Slovensku. EuroVelo trasy s\u00fa najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie z h\u013eadiska napojenia na trasy v zahrani\u010d\u00ed a tvoria s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 kostrovej siete cyklotr\u00e1s na Slovensku.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Okrem nich m\u00e1me na Slovensku pribli\u017ene 3 000 \u010dervenou zna\u010den\u00fdch cyklomagistr\u00e1l. Tie tvoria hlavn\u00fa sie\u0165 cykloturistick\u00fdch tr\u00e1s, \u010dastokr\u00e1t kon\u010dia i na hraniciach s na\u0161imi susedmi a nap\u00e1jaj\u00fa sa tak na trasy mimo \u00fazemia SR.
