Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee by ste mali \u00eds\u0165 von a z\u00e1sobi\u0165 sa ra\u017en\u00fdm chlebom? Po\u010fme sa na to pozrie\u0165 bli\u017e\u0161ie.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ide o doteraz najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u0161t\u00fadiu. T\u00e1to \u0161t\u00fadia bola \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00e1 na vyhodnotenie dvoch r\u00f4znych obiln\u00edn a ich \u00fa\u010dinkov na chudnutie a zlo\u017eenie tela. V\u00fdskumn\u00edci zahrnuli 242 mu\u017eov a \u017eien s nadv\u00e1hou vo veku 30 a\u017e 70 rokov. T\u00edto boli n\u00e1hodne rozdelen\u00ed do dvoch skup\u00edn. Obom skupin\u00e1m boli pridelen\u00e9 denn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00e1 rafinovan\u00fdch p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdch alebo celozrnn\u00fdch ra\u017en\u00fdch produktov s rovnakou energetickou hodnotou. Vedci potom kontrolovali \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov na za\u010diatku \u0161t\u00fadie po 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och a na konci po 12 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och. T\u00fdmto zistili, ako sa zmenili ich tel\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Produkty z ra\u017ee s\u00fa lep\u0161ie na chudnutie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky boli celkom presved\u010div\u00e9. Obe skupiny na konci experimentu schudli.
