Svetov\u00e1 zdravotn\u00edcka organiz\u00e1cia pon\u00faka mno\u017estvo odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00f4\u017eu vyrovna\u0165 sa s ment\u00e1lnym vyp\u00e4t\u00edm. Dva z ich najlep\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1vrhov s\u00fa: za\u010dnite robi\u0165 nejak\u00fa nov\u00fa aktivitu a pravidelne cvi\u010dte. Napriek v\u0161etk\u00fdm svojim prednostiam &#8211; jazda na bicykli nie je nie\u010do, \u010do sa ka\u017ed\u00fd nau\u010dil u\u017e ako die\u0165a, a ak aj \u00e1no, ob\u010das m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 sa vr\u00e1ti\u0165 do sedla po dlhej prest\u00e1vke. Ur\u010di\u0165, kde za\u010da\u0165, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 pre obidve skupiny, aj pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed nikdy nesedeli na bicykli, aj pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed sa chc\u00fa po dlh\u0161ej prest\u00e1vke k bicyklovaniu vr\u00e1ti\u0165. \u0164a\u017ek\u00e9 mo\u017eno, ale ur\u010dite nie nemo\u017en\u00e9!
