Po\u010das prv\u00e9ho testu absolvovala jedna skupina 45-min\u00fatov\u00fd cyklistick\u00fd tr\u00e9ning a druhej bola pridelen\u00e1 rovnako dlh\u00e1 doba odpo\u010dinku. Nesk\u00f4r, po\u010das druh\u00e9ho testu, si vymenili \u00falohy.<\/p>\n<p>Obe skupiny museli odpoveda\u0165 na dotazn\u00edk pred 45-min\u00fatov\u00fdm cyklo tr\u00e9ningom aj pred odpo\u010dinkom. <strong>I\u0161lo o to, pos\u00fadi\u0165, ako vn\u00edmaj\u00fa hlad, s\u00fdtos\u0165 a ko\u013eko jedla chc\u00fa.<\/strong> Boli po\u017eiadan\u00ed, aby uviedli po\u017eadovan\u00fa ve\u013ekos\u0165 porcie pre jedlo, ktor\u00e9 by malo nasledova\u0165 po 45-min\u00fatovom tr\u00e9ningu, a pre jedlo, ktor\u00e9 by malo pr\u00eds\u0165 nesk\u00f4r po 4 hodin\u00e1ch.
