Ako teda \u010falej? Mo\u017eno, \u017ee je rie\u0161enie skuto\u010dne bl\u00edzko.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Karb\u00f3n sa po\u010das svojej existencie v cyklistickom priemysle osved\u010dil na jednotku. <strong>Vynik\u00e1 n\u00edzkou hmotnos\u0165ou, vysokou tuhos\u0165ou a pevnos\u0165ou v tlaku a aj \u0165ahu.<\/strong> Navy\u0161e, ak ide o mo\u017enos\u0165 utv\u00e1ra\u0165 najr\u00f4znej\u0161ie tvary a kombin\u00e1cie r\u00e1mov, len \u0165a\u017eko ho v tejto flexibilite nahradi\u0165. Aj preto je karb\u00f3n nanajv\u00fd\u0161 \u017eiadan\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom. Niekdaj\u0161\u00ed vysoko-technologick\u00fd materi\u00e1l, ktor\u00e9ho produkcia spadala len do oblasti profesion\u00e1lnych v\u00fdrobcov, sa po rokoch stal vyh\u013ead\u00e1van\u00fdm artiklom mili\u00f3nov cyklistov. A to najm\u00e4 poklesu cien, ktor\u00e9 mal na svedom\u00ed nezadr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rast a rozvoj v\u00fdrobcov uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien. V\u010faka jeho dlhej \u017eivotnosti, limitovanej mechanick\u00fdm po\u0161koden\u00edm \u0161trukt\u00fary vl\u00e1kien, sa mo\u017eno o recykl\u00e1cii ani pr\u00edli\u0161 neuva\u017eovalo.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CLcGpQwh75K\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Glob\u00e1lny probl\u00e9m<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00e1to kvalita, o ktorej sme hovorili, sa stala probl\u00e9mom v svetovom meradle. Ke\u010f\u017ee tento materi\u00e1l sa nerozklad\u00e1 po vzore organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok, nepodlieha degrad\u00e1cii ani vplyvom slne\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eiarenia, zdalo by sa, \u017ee je nezni\u010dite\u013en\u00fd. To je s\u00fa\u010dasne ve\u013ek\u00e9 plus, ale aj m\u00ednus. Zatia\u013e \u010do sa z tejto vlastnosti budete te\u0161i\u0165 pri vlastnen\u00ed bicykla, akon\u00e1hle ho \u201evyhod\u00edte\u201c, <strong>stane sa jeho nekon\u010diaca \u017eivotnos\u0165 probl\u00e9mom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fotografie, na ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa zobrazen\u00e9 obrovsk\u00e9 kopy r\u00e1mov z uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien, zaplavuj\u00face st\u00e1le v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie a v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie \u00fazemia, boli podnetn\u00e9 len pre mal\u00e9 mno\u017estvo cyklistov, ktor\u00ed si po tomto \u201ez\u00e1\u017eitku\u201c dvakr\u00e1t rozmysleli, ako sa zachovaj\u00fa pri k\u00fape a odstr\u00e1nen\u00ed nielen r\u00e1mov, ale aj \u010fal\u0161\u00edch komponentov &#8211; riadidiel, sedloviek, sediel, kolies alebo k\u013e\u00fak.<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom je skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee \u010diasto\u010dn\u00e1 recykl\u00e1cia uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien nie je rovnako ekonomicky priazniv\u00e1, ako je tomu pri hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch a oce\u013eov\u00fdch materi\u00e1loch. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z uveden\u00fdch faktov n\u00e1s \u010d\u00edm \u010falej presved\u010duje o tom, \u017ee karb\u00f3n sa zd\u00e1 by\u0165 negat\u00edvnym javom technologick\u00e9ho pokroku cyklistiky.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160portov\u00e9 doplnky tohto druhu s\u00edce predstavuj\u00fa nezanedbate\u013en\u00fd probl\u00e9m, av\u0161ak ak ich porovn\u00e1me so s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdmi lietadlami a ich kon\u0161trukciou, ide len o kvapku v mori. Tak napr\u00edklad jeden Boeing Dreamliner pri svojej finaliz\u00e1cii vy\u017eaduje a\u017e 23 ton uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien za rok. Ak ich ale zlom\u00edte alebo nare\u017eete &#8211; \u010do je v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku postup, ktor\u00fd sa pri recykl\u00e1cii pou\u017e\u00edva naj\u010dastej\u0161ie &#8211; tento materi\u00e1l strat\u00ed svoje dovtedaj\u0161ie vlastnosti a stane sa zbyto\u010dn\u00fdm. D\u00f4sledkom tohto rozrezania a pomlia\u017edenia, je strata dvoch z\u00e1sadn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod karb\u00f3nu &#8211; pevnosti a celistvosti.<\/p>\n<p>Aby sme tento obraz e\u0161te o \u010dosi zhor\u0161ili, pripome\u0148me si, \u017ee na to, aby sme z\u00edskali \u010dist\u00e9 uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna, potrebujeme zo znehodnoten\u00fdch karb\u00f3nov\u00fdch r\u00e1mov dosta\u0165 sp\u00e1jac\u00ed prvok &#8211; epoxid &#8211; ktor\u00fd tieto vl\u00e1kna dr\u017eal pokope.
