Jean-Christophe P\u00e9raud b\u00fdval skvel\u00fdm cyklistom a po striebre na horsk\u00fdch bicykloch v olympijskom Pekingu obsadil po \u0161iestich rokoch kone\u010dn\u00e9 druh\u00e9 miesto na Tour de France. A potom sa v UCI stal \u0161\u00e9fom materi\u00e1lovej komisie, ktor\u00e1 rie\u0161i v\u0161etko oh\u013eadom vybavenia pretek\u00e1rov.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f mal Franc\u00faz vybra\u0165 pravidlo, ktor\u00e9 ho ako cestn\u00e9ho prof\u00edka najviac hnevalo, mal v tom jasno. Samozrejme! Hmotnostn\u00fd limit. T\u00e1to regul\u00e1cia bola v platnos\u0165 uveden\u00e1 v roku 2000, ke\u010f sa za\u010dali objavova\u0165 prv\u00e9 \u013eahk\u00e9 karb\u00f3nov\u00e9 r\u00e1my. D\u00f4vod? <strong>Predsa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165.<\/strong> \u017diaden bicykel nesmel pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke u rozhodcov uk\u00e1za\u0165 na v\u00e1he menej ne\u017e 6,8 kg, preto\u017ee by mohol praskn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hmotnostn\u00fd limit bicykla? UCI verzus mafia kon\u0161trukt\u00e9rov<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Av\u0161ak dnes u\u017e hmotnos\u0165 \u017eiadnu bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 negarantuje, preto\u017ee za dve dek\u00e1dy v\u00fdvoja sa bicykle technologicky posunuli viac ne\u017e za cel\u00fdch sto predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich rokov. Hmotnos\u0165 sa zn\u00ed\u017eila a kvalita i\u0161la naopak hore. Je preto smie\u0161ne v roku 2020 n\u00fati\u0165 pretek\u00e1rov osedl\u00e1va\u0165 \u201e\u0165a\u017ek\u00e9\u201c bicykle, ke\u010f <strong>mo\u017enosti v\u00fdrobcov s\u00fa o \u010dosi inde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAko d\u00f4vod, pre\u010do UCI nechce limit zni\u017eova\u0165, uv\u00e1dza zn\u00ed\u017eenie pevnosti r\u00e1mu a t\u00fdm ohrozen\u00fa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 pretek\u00e1rov,\u201c<\/em> poodha\u013euje Janout, ale s\u00e1m vie, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00e9 bicykle sa \u013eahko dostan\u00fa na hmotnos\u0165 okolo 5,5 kg a v\u00fdrobcovia ich &#8211; aby profesion\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd tak\u00fdto bicykel pou\u017e\u00edva, nedostal pokutu &#8211; z\u00e1merne vyva\u017euj\u00fa, aby vyhovovali pravidlu. <em>\u201eA hne\u010f tak,\u201c<\/em> tu\u0161\u00ed Janout, \u201ek zmene ned\u00f4jde.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/kolo-pono\u017eky-froome.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11232\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/kolo-pono\u017eky-froome.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1063\" height=\"1257\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00f4\u017ee ale dnes argument UCI z vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov obst\u00e1\u0165? Bicykle aj ke\u010f s\u00fa sebe\u013eah\u0161ie, dnes u\u017e prakticky nepraskaj\u00fa pri norm\u00e1lnom pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed. <em>\u201eNepraskaj\u00fa, preto\u017ee sa na nich nesmie preteka\u0165,\u201c<\/em> reaguje v\u0161ak b\u00fdval\u00fd arbiter, ale ve\u013emi dobre vie, \u017ee aj dve dek\u00e1dy nastavenej bari\u00e9ry musia \u010doskoro padn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNa jednej strane je n\u00e1zor UCI, na druhej mafia kon\u0161trukt\u00e9rov a v\u00fdrobcov bicyklov,\u201c<\/em> hovor\u00ed niekdaj\u0161\u00ed rozhodca. <em>\u201eZoberte si kot\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 brzdy. Ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u017e dnes vie, \u017ee nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, \u010di bicykel m\u00e1 r\u00e1fikov\u00e9 alebo diskov\u00e9 brzdy, ale \u017ee z\u00e1sadnou veli\u010dinou je adh\u00e9zia galusky na povrchu. Ak m\u00e1m super brzdu a stla\u010d\u00edm ju, zastav\u00edm s\u00edce ot\u00e1\u010danie kolesa, ale aj tak padnem, preto\u017ee adh\u00e9zia nie je v poriadku. Av\u0161ak ve\u013ek\u00ed v\u00fdrobcovia na UCI zatla\u010dili a t\u00e1 nemala in\u00fa \u0161ancu, preto\u017ee pri odmietavom postoji by stratila sponzorov. A tak to mo\u017eno skoro dopadne aj s limitnou hmotnos\u0165ou bicyklov.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kozmick\u00fd bicykel za takmer 20-tis\u00edc eur?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pravidla feder\u00e1cie do detailu ur\u010duj\u00fa pr\u00edpustn\u00e9 uhly a d\u013a\u017eky pre kon\u0161trukciu r\u00e1mov, ako by mali vyzera\u0165, ko\u013eko v\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 a \u010fal\u0161ie veci. Cie\u013eom tohto oklie\u0161\u0165ovania je taktie\u017e <strong>snaha zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 v\u00fdrobe ne\u00fanosne drah\u00fdch bicyklov<\/strong>, ak\u00fdmi boli a dodnes s\u00fa niektor\u00e9 \u0161peci\u00e1ly, prim\u00e1rne sa objavuj\u00face na velodr\u00f3moch dr\u00e1hovej cyklistiky.<\/p>\n<p>Briti ned\u00e1vno uk\u00e1zali kozmick\u00fd stroj, zroden\u00fd zo spolupr\u00e1ce firiem Lotus a Hope, vyroben\u00fd pre ich n\u00e1rodn\u00fd t\u00edm na olympijsk\u00e9 hry v Tokiu v roku 2021. Sed\u00edte? Nie? Tak to rad\u0161ej urobte, preto\u017ee raketa s n\u00e1zvom HB.T stoj\u00ed 15 500 libier, vy\u0161e 17 000 \u20ac. A pozor, to je len r\u00e1m!<\/p>\n<p>Ten posunul svoje technologick\u00e9 mo\u017enosti a\u017e k samotn\u00fdm hraniciam pravidiel UCI, ktor\u00e9 pred d\u00e1vnymi rokmi stanovila tzv. Lugansk\u00e1 charta. Dohoda mala za \u00falohu <strong>okliesni\u0165 technologick\u00e9 bl\u00e1znenie v\u00fdrobcov<\/strong> bicyklov s cie\u013eom nastavi\u0165 fair play podmienky pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch. Preto\u017ee v\u0161etci s\u00fa si rovn\u00ed a v\u00fdkon \u010dloveka m\u00e1 by\u0165 nadraden\u00fd kvalit\u00e1m bicykla.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sklon sedla sa u\u017e zmenil<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>UCI, aj napriek tomu, \u017ee sa to mo\u017eno nezd\u00e1, nie je \u017eiaden obr\u00ed apar\u00e1t a je otvoren\u00fd zmen\u00e1m. Probl\u00e9mom ale je, \u017ee vo svojej \u0161vaj\u010diarskej centr\u00e1le nem\u00e1 \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal \u0161tudova\u0165 nuance ka\u017edej z reg\u00fal vo svetle v\u00fdsledkov, ktor\u00e9 poch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z nov\u00fdch v\u00fdskumov a v\u00fdvoja. Preto feder\u00e1cia ve\u013emi spolupracuje s extern\u00fdmi firmami, ktor\u00e9 pr\u00e1ve tak\u00e9to know-how maj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>A preto &#8211; aby sa na jej skonstnatel\u00fd, alebo ak chcete, konzervat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup nezn\u00e1\u0161ala len kritika &#8211; feder\u00e1cia si ned\u00e1vno nechala poradi\u0165 a zrevidova\u0165 predpisy oh\u013eadne nastavenia sedla. Dnes ide sk\u00f4r o kon\u0161tantn\u00e9 ladenie, aj ke\u010f len drobnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu prinies\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fd n\u00e1skok.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pono\u017ekov\u00fd doping<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Po\u010duli ste o pono\u017ekovom dopingu? Je to \u010fal\u0161ia z t\u00fdch zdanliv\u00fdch hl\u00fapost\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch sa ale pred dvoma rokmi ka\u017ed\u00fd chytil, a\u017e musela zakro\u010di\u0165 UCI. A od marca 2018 prichystala predpis, ur\u010duj\u00faci maxim\u00e1lnu pr\u00edpustn\u00fa d\u013a\u017eku pono\u017eky \u010di n\u00e1vleku na tretry.
