Ut\u00f3pia? V\u00f4bec nie. Na Slovensku sa pr\u00e1ve tak\u00e9to modely, nes\u00face pomenovanie Bikemi, vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa a\u00a0za ich zrodom stoj\u00ed nad\u0161enec do dreva a\u00a0bicyklov &#8211; Michal I\u017edinsk\u00fd. Pr\u00e1ve s\u00a0n\u00edm sa dnes pozhov\u00e1rame a\u00a0predstav\u00edme si jeho funk\u010dn\u00e9, ekologick\u00e9 a\u00a0st\u00e1le m\u00e1lo zn\u00e1me v\u00fdtvory.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dobr\u00fd de\u0148, p\u00e1n I\u017edinsk\u00fd, viete sa n\u00e1m v\u00a0skratke predstavi\u0165 a\u00a0jednou vetou op\u00edsa\u0165 aj my\u0161lienku, ktor\u00e1 sa skr\u00fdva za va\u0161\u00edm nev\u0161edn\u00fdm projektom?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Dovo\u013ete mi sa na \u00favod predstavi\u0165. Vol\u00e1m sa Michal I\u017edinsk\u00fd (26) a poch\u00e1dzam z Popradu. U\u017e 10 rokov sa zaober\u00e1m v\u00fdvojom dut\u00fdch dreven\u00fdch r\u00e1mov bicyklov. Pr\u00e1ca s drevom je mojou z\u00e1\u013eubou u\u017e od detstva. Spojil som ju s l\u00e1skou k cyklistike a tak vznikli moje dreven\u00e9 bicykle. Pracoval som na tom u\u017e od strednej \u0161koly a\u017e po \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd in\u017einiersky titul v danej oblasti. Moje bicykle s\u00fa svetov\u00fdm unik\u00e1tom a tento rok som z\u00edskal medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd certifik\u00e1t o\u00a0tom, \u017ee moje bicykle s\u00fa aj dostato\u010dne bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. My\u0161lienkou bolo urobi\u0165 tak\u00fa mal\u00fa bicyklov\u00fa revol\u00faciu v\u00a0ot\u00e1zke, \u017ee bicykel m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj z\u00a0dreva a\u00a0\u017ee bude rovnako dobr\u00fd ako in\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, ba dokonca v\u00a0niektor\u00fdch aspektoch a\u017e lep\u0161\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2020\/07\/WLC_Rozhovor-dreven\u00e9-bicykle_01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10395\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/4\/2020\/07\/WLC_Rozhovor-dreven\u00e9-bicykle_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako sa \u010dlovek dostane k\u00a0nie\u010do nato\u013eko nezvykl\u00e9mu? Nie je jednoduch\u0161ie zamestna\u0165 sa v \u201ebe\u017enom\u201c zamestnan\u00ed a\u00a0povedzme, neriskova\u0165?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Ako som u\u017e spom\u00ednal, pr\u00e1cu s\u00a0drevom m\u00e1m r\u00e1d od detstva a\u00a0spoji\u0165 to s\u00a0l\u00e1skou k\u00a0cyklistike bolo pre m\u0148a zauj\u00edmavou v\u00fdzvou. Od mali\u010dka som bol v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0mojimi rovesn\u00edkmi zru\u010dne zdatnej\u0161\u00ed. Vyr\u00e1bal som neobvykl\u00e9 \u0161peci\u00e1lne veci z\u00a0dreva. V\u00e1\u017eim si na sebe schopnos\u0165 nevzd\u00e1va\u0165 sa a\u00a0\u00eds\u0165 si za svoj\u00edm cie\u013eom, ktor\u00fdm je vyr\u00e1banie a\u00a0pred\u00e1vanie dreven\u00fdch bicyklov. Ur\u010dite je \u013eah\u0161ie zamestna\u0165 sa, odrobi\u0165 si svojich 8 hod\u00edn a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne \u00eds\u0165 bezstarostne domov. To by som v\u0161ak nebol ja. Dreven\u00fdm bicyklom som zasv\u00e4til svoj \u017eivot a\u00a0s\u00fa mojou neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou. Je v\u00a0nie\u010dom lep\u0161ie ne\u017e oce\u013e, hlin\u00edk alebo karb\u00f3n, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa hlavn\u00fdmi zdrojmi materi\u00e1lu pre v\u00fdrobu r\u00e1mov?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou technickou v\u00fdhodou je ur\u010dite pru\u017enos\u0165 dreva a s\u00a0t\u00fdm spojen\u00e1 pohodln\u00e1 jazda na drevenom bicykli. Stretol som sa s\u00a0n\u00e1zorom viacer\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed tvrdili, \u017ee drevo je pru\u017en\u00e9 a kv\u00f4li tomu m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 r\u00e1m m\u00e4kk\u00fd, av\u0161ak opak je pravdou. \u010eal\u0161ou v\u00fdhodou pri drevenom r\u00e1me je ur\u010dite jeho odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di n\u00e1razov\u00fdm sil\u00e1m. T\u00e1to vlastnos\u0165 dreva sa vol\u00e1 h\u00fa\u017eevnatos\u0165. Drevo dok\u00e1\u017ee pohlti\u0165 n\u00e1razov\u00fa energiu vo svojej \u0161trukt\u00fare. S\u00a0t\u00fdm je spojen\u00e1 aj trvanlivos\u0165 r\u00e1mu. Pri spr\u00e1vnom n\u00e1vrhu kon\u0161trukcie dok\u00e1\u017ee drevo odol\u00e1va\u0165 nam\u00e1haniu nekone\u010dne dlh\u00fd \u010das. V\u00a0neposlednom rade je v\u00fdhodou aj odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di odlietavaj\u00facim predmetom pri jazde do r\u00e1mu. Odolnos\u0165 zabezpe\u010duje r\u00e1dovo hrub\u0161ia stena ako pri in\u00fdch materi\u00e1loch. Bicykel najviac zaujme svoj\u00edm vzh\u013eadom.\u00a0V\u010faka unik\u00e1tnosti dreva a\u00a0\u00a0rozdielnej kresbe letokruhov je ka\u017ed\u00fd bicykel jedine\u010dn\u00fd. Nezanedbate\u013enou v\u00fdhodou je ur\u010dite aj ekol\u00f3gia. Drevo je pri spr\u00e1vnom hospod\u00e1ren\u00ed obnovite\u013en\u00fd zdroj. Z\u00a0jedn\u00e9ho stromu dok\u00e1\u017eem vyrobi\u0165 nieko\u013eko bicyklov. Na na\u0161om lesnom bohatstve mi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed a\u00a0preto ka\u017ed\u00fd kus dreva v\u00a0ruk\u00e1ch oto\u010d\u00edm 2x, aby som ho \u010do najlep\u0161ie zu\u017eitkoval. Tie\u017e chcem podporova\u0165 v\u00fdsadbu stromov zo zisku z\u00a0predaja.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pri navrhovan\u00ed t\u00fdchto r\u00e1mov ste museli absolvova\u0165 aj viacer\u00e9 testy &#8211; spo\u013eahlivosti, tuhosti, v\u00fddr\u017ee a\u00a0pod., ktor\u00e9 potvrdili, \u017ee ide o\u00a0kvalitn\u00fd v\u00fdrobok &#8211; ako je na tom tento dreven\u00fd r\u00e1m?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Ja m\u00e1m certifik\u00e1t ISO 4210-6 o testovan\u00ed r\u00e1mov, kde sa simuluje 10 ro\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e a\u017e 120 kg, \u010do je nespochybnite\u013enou zn\u00e1mkou kvality. R\u00e1m pre\u0161iel 3 cyklick\u00fdmi sk\u00fa\u0161kami a\u00a02 p\u00e1dov\u00fdmi sk\u00fa\u0161kami. Pred certifik\u00e1ciu sme si vyrobili vlastn\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00e9 zariadenie pod\u013ea normy a\u00a0pozorovali sme spr\u00e1vanie r\u00e1mu. V\u00fdsledkom sme boli nad\u0161en\u00ed. Nepozorovali sme na r\u00e1me \u017eiadne vidite\u013en\u00e9 deform\u00e1cie alebo po\u0161kodenia. R\u00e1m sme testovali aj v\u00a0hydraulickom lise, kde sme chceli r\u00e1m za\u0165a\u017ei\u0165 a\u017e do zlomenia. Dovol\u00edm si tvrdi\u0165, \u017ee dreven\u00fd r\u00e1m vydr\u017e\u00ed dlh\u0161ie, ako komer\u010dne pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly. Drevo m\u00e1 v\u00fdborn\u00fa odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di cyklick\u00fdm nam\u00e1haniam. Pou\u017e\u00edvam trvalo pru\u017en\u00e9 lepidl\u00e1 a\u00a0odoln\u00e9 laky a\u017e na nano \u00farovni, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa odolnej\u0161ie ako lak na aute. Drevo na vzduchu vydr\u017e\u00ed nieko\u013eko 100 rokov. Pri takejto povrchovej \u00faprave nie je re\u00e1lne, aby drevo napadol nejak\u00fd drevokazn\u00fd hmyz alebo in\u00e9 organizmy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomuto projektu sa venujete od roku 2010. Ako sa posunul v\u00fdvoj, respekt\u00edve ako je na tom z\u00e1ujem o\u00a0dreven\u00e9 bicykle po desiatich rokoch? O\u010dak\u00e1vate st\u00e1le rast\u00faci po\u010det nov\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>V\u00fdvoj t\u00fdchto bicyklov pre\u0161iel ve\u013ekou zmenou rovnako ako samotn\u00e9ho konceptu bicykla za uplynul\u00fdch 10 rokov. Za\u010dal som vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 r\u00e1m na 26\u201c koles\u00e1ch s\u00a0klasick\u00fdmi \u0161\u00edrkami osiek na r\u00fdchloupin\u00e1k a\u00a0skon\u010dil som pri 29\u201c s\u00a0pevn\u00fdmi oskami, rozmerom boost a\u00a0vidlicou s\u00a0tapered krkom. Ke\u010f\u017ee mojim z\u00e1merom je poskytova\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom nielen originalitu, ale v\u00a0prvom rade pon\u00faka\u0165 kvalitn\u00fd produkt, venoval som sa od roku 2010 v\u00fdlu\u010dne v\u00fdskumu a\u00a0v\u00fdvoju kon\u0161trukcie. K\u00a0samotn\u00e9mu predaju som sa dostal a\u017e tento rok. Verili v\u00e1m, alebo boli sk\u00f4r skeptick\u00ed &#8211; predsa len, p\u00edsal sa rok 2010, \u010do bolo len kr\u00e1tko po svetovej ekonomickej kr\u00edze&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Pam\u00e4t\u00e1m si na to, ako by to bolo dnes, ke\u010f som ozn\u00e1mil otcovi, \u017ee by som chcel vyrobi\u0165 dreven\u00fd r\u00e1m na bicykel. Rovnako m\u00e1m v pl\u00e1ne koncept dreven\u00e9ho elektrobicykla. Samozrejme, v\u0161etko m\u00e1 svoj \u010das.
