Odhliadnuc od toho, pr\u00e1ve pl\u00e1nujem m\u00f4j nasleduj\u00faci pokus vo \u0160vaj\u010diarsku. Tento princ\u00edp m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aplikovan\u00fd kdeko\u013evek &#8211; v ktoromko\u013evek regi\u00f3ne sveta, aj ke\u010f napr\u00edklad v Holandsku by to bola skuto\u010dne VE\u013dMI DLH\u00c1 jazda. Ide tak o vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fa kombin\u00e1ciu ve\u013ekolepej v\u00fdzvy, pozn\u00e1vaj\u00faceho v\u00fdjazdu a kreativity vo vytvoren\u00ed trasy. Tak\u017ee, ako sa m\u00f4\u017eete pripravi\u0165 na tak\u00fato n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fa cestu? Tu je mojich 5 tipov.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Tr\u00e9ning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Moja v\u00fdzva na Malorke pozost\u00e1vala z 336 kilometrov a trvalo mi 21 hod\u00edn, ne\u017e som ju s viacer\u00fdmi zast\u00e1vkami zvl\u00e1dla. Bol to jednoducho <strong>dlh\u00fd de\u0148 v sedle<\/strong>. Neexistuje sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm by sa dala oklama\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 tzv. TITS (time in the saddle &#8211; \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd v sedle). T\u00e1to aktivita nie je dobr\u00e1 len pre posil\u0148ovanie va\u0161ej vytrvalostnej pripravenosti, ale aj pre navyknutie sedac\u00edch a ostatn\u00fdch svalov v tele na poz\u00edciu, v ktorej budete musie\u0165 zotrva\u0165 dlh\u00e9 hodiny. Ak m\u00e1vate \u010dasto probl\u00e9my s t\u0155pnut\u00edm alebo odieran\u00edm ko\u017ee v sedac\u00edch parti\u00e1ch, odpor\u00fa\u010dam rie\u0161i\u0165 tieto probl\u00e9my e\u0161te sk\u00f4r, ne\u017e sa na podobn\u00fa v\u00fdzvu odhodl\u00e1te &#8211; bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010di ide len o zl\u00fa jazdeck\u00fa poz\u00edciu, v\u00fd\u0161ku sedla a jeho sklon \u010di tvar, alebo cyklistick\u00e9 nohavice.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u0161ak, aj ke\u010f dlh\u00e9, vytrvalostne laden\u00e9 v\u00fdjazdy s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, e\u0161te d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed je <strong>tr\u00e9ning jazdy v kopcoch<\/strong>. Ke\u010f si porovn\u00e1me poz\u00edciu jazdca na rovin\u00e1ch a pri st\u00fapan\u00ed, ide o zna\u010dne odli\u0161n\u00e9 formy sedenia. Nehovor\u00edme o \u0161printovan\u00ed do kopca, ale iba o klasickej poz\u00edcii v sedle, kedy sa sna\u017e\u00edte udr\u017ea\u0165 stabiln\u00e9 tempo (tak\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 by bolo najvhodnej\u0161ie pre pokus o Everesting), \u010do ma priv\u00e1dza k \u010fal\u0161iemu bodu.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B85_N-Oo4na\/<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Nastolenie tempa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ak ste sez\u00f3nnym cyklistom, ur\u010dite u\u017e pozn\u00e1te potrebu <strong>stanovenia spr\u00e1vneho tempa<\/strong>. Ale, ako to sami pozn\u00e1me, snaha \u00eds\u0165 vyrovnan\u00e9 tempo sa neraz st\u00e1va nemo\u017enou, najm\u00e4 ak n\u00e1s ovl\u00e1dne vzru\u0161enie z v\u00fdzvy, ktor\u00fa podnik\u00e1me. V\u00fdsledkom je nav\u00fd\u0161enie r\u00fdchlosti a koniec koncov <strong>strata energie a pred\u010dasn\u00e9 vy\u010derpanie<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 na\u0161im cie\u013eom postav\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u00fa stopku. Najm\u00e4, ak ide o takto dlh\u00e9 aktivity, je potrebn\u00e9 sa s\u00fastredi\u0165 na vyrovnan\u00fd a primeran\u00fd progres u\u017e od za\u010diatku. Strava<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Po\u010das takto n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdjazdov <strong>vyd\u00e1te zo seba VE\u013dK\u00c9 mno\u017estvo energie<\/strong>, preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 v\u0161etky faktory, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa z\u00e1sobovanie v\u00e1\u0161ho tela. Pod\u013ea \u013eahkej matematiky nebudete m\u00f4c\u0165 so sebou neust\u00e1le nosi\u0165 v\u0161etko jedlo a n\u00e1poje, ktor\u00e9 budete po\u010das cel\u00e9ho d\u0148a potrebova\u0165. Preto sa sna\u017ete vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 trasu aj s oh\u013eadom na vhodn\u00e9 miesta na <strong>doplnenie \u017eiv\u00edn a vody<\/strong> (pozrite sa na 5. bod). Taktie\u017e myslite na to, \u017ee to, \u010do v\u00e1m chut\u00ed najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161mi po 3 hodin\u00e1ch jazdy, nemus\u00ed by\u0165 chutn\u00e9 a \u017eiad\u00face po 10 hodin\u00e1ch. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu sa vybavte viacer\u00fdmi formami stravy, <strong>najm\u00e4 obsahuj\u00facimi so\u013e, cukor a tuk<\/strong>.
