Det finns egentligen ingen f\u00f6rklaring till vad som orsakar kramper, men det finns n\u00e5gra delar som \u00e4r v\u00e4lutforskade. F\u00f6r att utesluta detta som en riskfaktor, se till att dricka elektrolythaltiga dricker under cykelturer i s\u00e5dana klimat. Man kan \u00e4ven \u00f6verv\u00e4ga salt tillskott eller fast f\u00f6da som inneh\u00e5ller sodium.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#3 Minska intensiteten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Om f\u00f6rebyggandet inte hj\u00e4lpte och dina muskler b\u00f6rjar krampa finns det fortfarnde saker du kan testa f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 de att g\u00e5 \u00f6ver fortare. Om kramperna uppst\u00e5r medans du cyklar kan du l\u00e5ta musleln slappna av genom att fri\u00e5ka eller minska hastigheten en kort stund. Samma sak g\u00e4ller om krampen sker med en muskel som inte anv\u00e4nds i stunden, exempelvis din arm, sakta ner och l\u00e5t det g\u00e5 \u00f6ver av sig sj\u00e4lv. D\u00e4remot om det \u00e4r en mer intensiv kramp \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att hoppa av cykeln och antingen vila eller avrunda dagen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><br \/>\n#4 Stretcha<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Om det inte fungerar med att minska intensiteten och du v\u00e4ljer att ta en paus, testa att stretcha ut muskeln f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta krampen.<br \/>\nGenom att stretcha muskeln aktiveras en del av muskeln som kallas &#8221;Golgis senorgan&#8221;. Aktivering av Golgi-senorganet signalerar nerven som styr muskelkontraktionen f\u00f6r att minska sammandragningen, vilket i sin tur b\u00f6r minska intensiteten av en kramp. \u00c4ven om forskning inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis st\u00f6djer stretchingens effektivitet, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det en av de f\u00e5 s\u00e4tten att behandla l\u00e5ngvariga och sm\u00e4rtfulla kramper.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#5 Pr\u00f6va spad fr\u00e5n saltgurka<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det finns ett gammalt cykel-husmorstips f\u00f6r att behandla kramper, n\u00e4mligen spad fr\u00e5n saltgurka. Trots att de inneh\u00e5ller b\u00e5de sodium och elektrolyter s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte d\u00e4rf\u00f6r det hj\u00e4lper mot kramperna. N\u00e5gra forskare menar att det \u00e4r p\u00e5 grund av dess h\u00f6ga \u00e4ttiksyrahalt tillsammans med den skarpa smaken som aktiverar nerver i munnen, som i sin tur lugnar sammandragningen av den krampande muskeln. Det \u00e4r dock viktigt att notera att detta \u00e4r baserat p\u00e5 en liten sudie, s\u00e5 vi kan inte se saltgurkavatten som ett vetenskapligt bevisat botemedel mot kramper.
