Men den vanliga \u00f6mheten som man k\u00e4nner efter en l\u00e4ngre tid p\u00e5 sadeln b\u00f6r f\u00f6rsvinna n\u00e4r kroppen v\u00e4njer sig. I hans fall handlade det inte om f\u00f6r f\u00e5 mil i sadeln utan troligtvis om f\u00f6r f\u00e5 timmar utan sadeln. Sadelskav \u00e4r oftast individuellt men gemensamt f\u00f6r dom allra flesta \u00e4r att skavet dyker upp p\u00e5 den hud som indirekt har kontakt med sadeln (med en byxa emellan). F\u00f6r vissa \u00e4r det en infekterad h\u00e5rs\u00e4ck som sp\u00f6kar och f\u00f6r andra \u00e4r det skav eller trycks\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00e5 slipper du sm\u00e4rtan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En Infektion kan behandlas med reng\u00f6ring, en antibakteriell kr\u00e4m och en vilodag. Hj\u00e4lper inte det b\u00f6r man s\u00f6ka l\u00e4karhj\u00e4lp. Ett ovanligt stort energiuttag kan ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra kroppen k\u00e4nsligare f\u00f6r infektion och inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>Att h\u00e5lla rumpan ren \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett viktigt steg f\u00f6r att inte eventuella s\u00e5r ska bli v\u00e4rre \u00e4n de beh\u00f6ver vara. Tv\u00e4tta dina byxor ordentligt efter varje tur f\u00f6r att undvika svamptillv\u00e4xt. N\u00e4r ett rej\u00e4lt s\u00e5r dyker upp d\u00e4r solen inte skiner \u00e4r det vila som g\u00e4ller, detta kan vi inte skriva f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger. L\u00e5t cykeln st\u00e5 tills det k\u00e4nns bra att sitta p\u00e5 sadeln.
