\u00c4n en g\u00e5ng var intresset f\u00f6r att vara med i SKODA Cycling Team rekordstort, i \u00e5r s\u00f6kte hela 2 779 cyklister till teamet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bland de utvalda motion\u00e4rer som tar plats i \u00e5ret team finns allt fr\u00e5n en konstn\u00e4r fr\u00e5n Ume\u00e5, bilbyggare fr\u00e5n R\u00e4ttvik, pension\u00e4r fr\u00e5n V\u00e4stervik, mellanstadiel\u00e4rare fr\u00e5n V\u00e4ster\u00e5s samt komikern M\u00e5ns M\u00f6ller fr\u00e5n Stockholm.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Uttagningen har varit extra tuff men ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt kul. Landet \u00e4r fullt av starka cyklister och h\u00e4rliga personligheter som skulle platsa i laget. Men nu har vi hittat fram till ett v\u00e4ldigt bra g\u00e4ng med olika bakgrund och h\u00e4rkomst som f\u00f6renas i sin motivation f\u00f6r lagets m\u00e5l p\u00e5 V\u00e4tternrundan men ocks\u00e5 i sin k\u00e4rlek till cyklingen, s\u00e4ger teamledaren Erik Leonsson.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rutom de 15 rekryterna best\u00e5r \u0160koda Cycling Team<\/a> \u00e4ven av 15 erfarna ambassad\u00f6rer, d\u00e4ribland ex-proffsen Fredrik Kessiakoff och Michel Lafis som ska bidra med s\u00e5v\u00e4l inspiration som erfarenhet och kunskap. Nytt f\u00f6r i \u00e5r \u00e4r att tre av f\u00f6rra \u00e5rets rekryterade cyklister tar plats som ambassad\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Det \u00e4r tre personer som gjort en fantastisk resa under \u00e5ret och p\u00e5 flera plan bidragit till att vi fick en s\u00e5 fantastisk \u00a0s\u00e4song f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, s\u00e4ger Erik Leonsson. Det \u00e4r Nathalie Eklund, Payman Hazheer och artisten Daniel Adams Ray.<\/p>\n

Det stora m\u00e5let \u00e4r att laget i sommar ska ta sig i m\u00e5l under \u00e5tta timmar p\u00e5 V\u00e4tternrundan. F\u00f6r att lyckas kommer deltagarna att f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp med sin tr\u00e4ning, bland annat genom ett fystest och d\u00e4refter individuella tr\u00e4ningsprogram utformade av proffstr\u00e4naren Mattias Reck. De f\u00e5r \u00e4ven all utrustning som beh\u00f6vs s\u00e5som cykel, hj\u00e4lm, cykeldator, kl\u00e4der och energidryck.

\u2013 Vi \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt glada \u00f6ver det v\u00e4xande intresset f\u00f6r \u0160koda Cycling Team och det genuina cykelintresset som finns i hela v\u00e5rt land. \u00c4ven om konkurrensen \u00e4r stentuff vill jag uppmana de som inte blev uttagna i \u00e5r att s\u00f6ka igen till n\u00e4sta \u00e5r. Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker varje \u00e5r variera gruppens dynamik och de personer som inte blev antagna i \u00e5r kan mycket v\u00e4l bli det n\u00e4sta, s\u00e4ger Veronica Nilsson, press- och sponsoransvarig f\u00f6r \u0160koda Sverige.<\/p>\n
